I'm experience was pretty awesome. They are awesome staff, careing, understanding. I had a health issue not caused by them and they were really sweet an careing. I do highly recommend this office :) 🙏🏼❤️

Visited Bright Now on Tuesday for a deep cleaning and I have to say I had an amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the front desk to the assistants and the doctor. But I have to highlight that Lilia was amazing she checked up on me every so often and made sure I was taken good care of. I appreciated how attentive she was. Always had a smile on her face and made me feel very comfortable. Even walked me out and asked how everything went. Shes so sweet! Thank you Lilia. Its people like you that make our dental visits (not a fan of visiting the dentist) so much more smooth! 🙏🏻 God bless you!

Front office staff very pleasant. I am always seen with in 10 minutes of my appointment. Dental staff is friendly and always answer my questions.

The lead dentist was good. The front desk people were rude and not willing to help.

This dental office is very clean and welcoming. Dr. Siman is a great dentist.

They are always pleasant and professionals. I really like the staff.

I usually go to Dr. A Siman but I guess Dr. K. Ehtessian was covering for her (?).

He is an excellent doctor. Explained everything and did an excellent job on my filling. I did not feel a thing. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep on the chair. I also liked his ebullient and positive personality.

This is the best dental office. I have ever been to. They are very nice the Office people are very friendly. That lady that takes your x-rays is very sweet. The dentist explains everything that he's doing very gentle. I love this office. If you decide to choose this office you will not go wrong

I’m a new patient at Bright Now Dental. I am so happy I came here for my dental work; they immediately worked with me on a plan to extract the teeth that needed to be removed and make a plan to correct my bite! The whole team is professional, pleasant and caring. I appreciate that they clearly list procedures and the cost, so that I could make an informed decision. I recommend the office in Norwalk, Ca for your dental needs!

I had a visit for a cleaning and some fillings after years of avoiding the dentist. I had some anxiety while in the chair and the dentist was soooo understanding. He let me take a break to breathe and asked if I was okay to continue. I forgot his name 😅 also the front desk staff were very kind and attentive and helped me easily set up appts for further work I needed.

Friendly staff , didn’t have to wait long and painless,I highly recommend.

As a new patient coming to my appointment for the second time, the morning staff was a lot more customer friendly. Unlike the afternoon/ evening staff maybe they were too tired. I think and feel that as a customer service representative always make sure to put yourself in the customer’s place and keep in mind how you would like to be treated. Yes, we do have personal problems that are unavoidable but we have to try our best to not bring them to our work environment .
