Dr. Choy is excellent. But his assistant I give him 10 stars on his own, he calmed me down and reassured me I have nothing to be scared of. He made sure all instructions post surgery are explained and I will follow thru. Thank you

This dental office is very clean. The receptionist could be a little engaging with clients. The dentist and her assistant were friendly and efficient.

The customer service was professional. The wait was manageable and the facility was so clean and new. The staff made sure I felt comfortable.

Great and excellent service plus very knowledgeable team members

I was a bit nervous coming in but they made the experience a lot better for me. Insurance verification was a bit wonky but that happens with any health care service. Amanda in the front was very sweet and called me whenever something came up and my dentist was extremely thorough from the medication they would be administering to every detail that would be done. while I was still in the chair before committing to anything. I will definitely be back for all my cleanings and excited for new veneers 😁

I’m a new patient at Bright Now Dental. I am so happy I came here for my dental work; they immediately worked with me on a plan to extract the teeth that needed to be removed and make a plan to correct my bite! The whole team is professional, pleasant and caring. I appreciate that they clearly list procedures and the cost, so that I could make an informed decision. I recommend the office in Norwalk, Ca for your dental needs!

I came the office on an emergency
Waking up with a huge abscess on my face.
I had not used my insurance before so I had to go through the new patient paperwork

But when I got to the dentist office met the kind African American lady that took my exrays, and the patient and kind office assistant that handled my paperwork and
Finally the soft spoken lady dentist that handled my tooth pain
with professionalism and kindness and patience . Because I was a painful mess
Thanks to them It was a great experience.
I would recommend for anyone that needs dental care. It’s worth it to go to them.
I’ve already referred my son, my ex husband
And anybody else that ask me. I will refer them to that office .

They are always so nice, and very efficient. I went in for 2 fillings and was out of office within 40 min.
