I’ve been going to Bright Now Dental in Ocala for several years now and I’ve had the best service always. All of the staff members are wonderful and doctor Stafford is experienced, professional and very kind. I feel I’m in best hands that’s why when I have the opportunity I don’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you all for your great service!

I'm glad they didn't bug me to get a new crown because I had to buy a washer and my dishwasher came back to life after it was blinking for a week or two so there went $500 yeah I overspent this Christmas bad I think it's $3,000 I blew and I'm not supposed to do that

I had a great experience at Bright Now for my teeth cleaning. Zeina was amazing—very attentive, kind, and friendly. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and did a great job. Highly recommend her!

My hygienist was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She tells me how to take care of my teeth and gums and and always follows up at every appointment. My teeth and gums have improved since she has been doing my cleanings.

Quick and excellent evaluation of molar pain. I was referred to an endodontist to address intermittent pain.

I am very pleased with the staff but mostly Zena, a very knowledgeable hygienist who kept my aware of the procedure and gave options for corrections. She is top notch in my book!! Without her there, I would go elsewhere.

Zara is the best!

My first time there I met Kim in the reception area. She welcomed me there with a Good morning. I had called and had to have a lower denture made and the upper adjusted she was able to get me in the next day. Very nice over the phone and knowledgeable about the things I was requesting. Normally what I was needing was going to take several weeks and I had a trip coming up before the dentures would be completed. She went and talked to the doctor about my predicament and came back with good news for me that they could fit me to have the dentures in time for the trip. Everytime I have been there she has been kind to everyone and very helpful with a number of requests from patients and able to help them to their satisfaction. She is very good at coordinating several tasks at the same time is what I noticed besides always cheerful when helping other patients. I've also been in there when phone calls have been for a patient that is in need to be seen for a painful tooth etc and Kim manages to arrange for them to come in. Everytime I've been there has always been a pleasant experience and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. The doctor and nurses/assistants are also very friendly/nice 🙂. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else because they're always positive, no problem to big to take care of.

This is the greatest staff you could ever want I’ve had problems in the past with Dentist that couldn’t get my partial right to save their life, but here they got it done the first time perfect. I have a son That has a very difficult time at the dentist, and they do everything they can to make it a smooth, comfortable experience for him. I have never met such an outstanding professional group of people in my life, five stars all day long. I am so grateful to this Dentist. They have two different doctors here and they’re both fantastic. And the dental hygienist is the best ever.Thank you guys. You’re wonderful.

The hygienist is thorough and a wealth of information. All good things. The staff is pleasant and efficient. My only concern is the cost - far far above what I have paid for dental care in the past and I have dental insurance! My copay is surprisingly high. Payment is required before services. That's new to me too.

I switched to this location a couple years ago after having a bad experience with the Crystal River location. My hygienist Zena has been nothing but amazing. I have Been seeing her for a couple years now. She extremely thorough and explains everything.
