Yesterday, I had my first visit to Bright Now in Ocala. The office was clean. The receptionist was helpful and even came out to the parking lot to direct us to the office because we missed the sign. Marisol and Dr Garcia were professional and kind. The hygienist was helpful and gentle too. I am glad we found a new dental professional home in our new town. Marisol, the assistant, even checked my blood pressure before starting the X- rays. Thank you. Sandra Kleiman

All personal were professional and courtesy, equipment is up-to-date and igenist was wonderful, very knowlegable and did a very good cleaning.

Honestly, the kindest and most skilled hygienist I've ever known.

Overall a positive experience. Wait time (20 minutes past appointment time) was a small issue. All of the staff are friendly and treat patients in a kind and compassionate manner. Dr. Stafford is very good and a pleasure to work with.

For the last 4-5 years, I was using Aspen Dental for my dental needs until recently due to suspicious billing activity, lack of communication and intimidating tactics to add more services. I decided to try Bright Now and the service was awesome! Kimberly at the front desk was a great help and Veronica my Dental Assistant was nice, straight forward and broke things down for me. I had a comprehensive examination and a detailed conversation with Veronica about my treatment plan and right off the back, Veronica was reassuring, clear and transparent about cost and what needs to be done. What I appreciate about my visit was no pressure into doing anything I was not comfortable doing AND they were willing to relieve my pain by offering same day extractions, but due to my work schedule I was unable to do it, so I scheduled for a later date. The staff in general was awesome and I’m glad I changed my dental providers. Thank you all
