After going to other not so great dental offices in the past, I was a bit scared to try this one but turns out they are great! By far my favorite dental office! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They make sure you are comfortable and understand everything they are doing as well as what they are recommending! Love them! This is definitely my home dental office now!

Friendly. Professional . Always explains what each step they are planning before beginning dental procedures . Asks if you are doing alright during any procedure . Front office very professional and knowledgeable. All staff very friendly because they know how much we all love going to the dentist.

This BrightNow on Black Lake, Olympia is the best BrightNow I’ve been to, and I’ve been to several (Silverdale, Gig Harbor, SeaTac, Lacey). At Black Lake, your visit is greeted with friendly and knowledgeable customer service at the front desk. I forgot her name, but the main gal is very good. The dentist is great too, including her assistant. All professional.

I recently changed from another dental provider to 'Bright Now'
I wish I hadn't waited so long to make the change.
They are always friendly and have done a great job fixing all the problems I've had with my teeth due to the lack of care from my other dental provider.

I had one of my teeth split so part of it was just hanging so I called to see if it was possible to get seen before I left for my vacation which had been scheduled 2 months in advance and my flight was leaving in 2 days. I was scared to just leave and not get it taken care of so I called told them my predicament and they made an appointment for the next day! It was taken care of temporarily and getting seen when I would get back. I was happy to not worry about it while away! They're awesome!!

The Endodontist was very clear and knowalbe with the procedures that needs to be done in the future. The front desk was clear of the cost. Very helpful with you needs.

Bright Now was very good. They explained everything to me and were very kind and professional. I have only two things I didn't care for. The cost was very expensive and I understand that's normal in today's world and the second was that I wish the dentist would have pre-numbed me before injecting novicaine. It was very painful.

Had the best experience one can have in a dental chair. A very thorough, pain free cleaning and the staff there were great. In particular Debbie, the hygienst who did the cleaning was remarkably skilled, knowledgable, professional and friendly.

Incredible attention to detail - friendly attentive staff, I know it's uncomfortable when you have to go but they make it a lot easier. I do recommend them.

The Dentist that performs root canals is awesome! He explains what he is doing and goes out of his way to make it pain free. I was very impressed with his service. Thank you.

From start to finish, Bright Now staff were professional and highly skilled. I had some botched root canals from dentistry done abroad. This presented a huge challenge and Bright Now was there every step of the way to help me through, and the cosmetic dentistry at the end came out better than I could have imagined.
