Great experience between the front office being super respectful and super helpful to the dentists and dental assistants in the back very great experience for being dental work had a phobia of dental work but they changed that would highly recommend this office thank u for your service

Newport Dental is a fine example of what excellent customer service looks like paired with good bedside manner and exemplary dental expertise. It’s one of the best if not, the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Not only do they go above and beyond to accommodate you and your schedule, but they are very kind and compassionate and walk you through your options from start to finish giving you common sense Treatment plans, and taking their time to ensure that you walk out with the best possible scenario and armed with all of the information . I had some daunting dental procedures that needed to be done with limited options but they made everything fall into place. If it wasn’t for Dr Shahram and his amazing assistant Jessica I would have been totally lost with no idea what to do. A few months later, all of my Major work has been completed. The job that they did crafting my four part bridge was true artistry. It looks gorgeous and feels totally natural and I can smile with confidence again. I can’t thank them enough . They are amazing and we need more medical professionals such as the crew at Newport Dental on Katella!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and efficient the staff was and the dentist was similarly excellent. They did a great job with X-rays, exam, cleaning, and a filling and it was very reasonable!

I could get an appointment as soon as I wished to. All staff was friendly, there was plenty of parking, and for me it’s a very convenient location. Very up-to-date X-ray and cleaning equipment (lasers and stuff).

The dentist was so attentive to my every concern, friendly, and very professional. I know that he is a perfectionist, paid very close attention to detail, and made sure that everything was complete before I left the office. I have always had a big fear of dentists, to the point where I had not been for a cleaning in over ten years. I called ahead of time when I had an emergency and let them know of my phobia and last trauma related to dental work and they were the first office that didn’t try to wave off my fear and simply say there was nothing to be scared of. They explained everything they would do in detail and even let me bring my mom, even though I’m an adult. I had a male dentist there, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, but he was incredibly kind and funny but not patronizing or sarcastic and I really appreciated his help.

My experience at Western Dental was satisfactory, all staff is very kind, I meet the Doctor and my hygienist both are very professional.

My experience was good here. Quick and easy appt. Got my work done the same day. I wasn't pressured to get services I didn't need. People were friendly.
