The dental hygienist, Ally is awesome 🤩 She made me and my daughter feel super comfortable and it was the best experience we’ve both had going to the dentist. I will highly recommend this place. They have the best dental hygienist in town. Ally explained everything to my daughter and showed my daughter each of the tools she’s using so that my daughter relaxed during her appointment visit. Ally is very professional and she truly cares about her patient’s experience. We will definitely go back and get our teeth cleaning done there again. This is the kind of service we have been looking for in years, and now, I think we may have just found the right place to go to for all our dental needs 😊 My daughter, Lauren and I want to give a shout out to Ally 🥳 Many thanks to you, Ally 🤗and we’ve not said this to any dental places before but we’re truly looking forward to going back to the dentist and seeing you again soon 😊

Allie was a pleasure to work with. Her cleaning was the most thorough ever. Dr Taj was great as well. Only complaint was taking an hour to get in a chair with a 9am appointment.

Dr. Abreham is The best dentist I have ever been to in my life. Myself and my family has been seeing Dr. Abraham, since my childhood. Through my adult years there have been times where I have gone to other Dentists, and and every time when I return to Dr. Abraham, I get the feeling of returning home after long trip. Thank you Dr. Abraham and to all the amazing staff, from the ladies in the back assisting the doctors, to the friendly and helpful ladies at the front desk, A++ for the overall cleanliness throughout the building. Also a special mention to Nancy, she goes above and beyond to work with the patients, making it financially possible for people to achieve their best smile. Hands-down the Palmdale Bright- Now Dental Is the All around best dental office in the AV area.

We loved mrs anna in the front she helped us out and was very nice. Dr tan was great made us feel comfortable when doing the wisdom teeth removal. Only issue was the nurse that didnt know how to put the iv in my mans arm correctly and poked his arm a 3rd time she had him a little uneasy thankfully dr tan saved the day and did it correctly.

I had my first appointment here yesterday. I lost a filling in my front tooth which turned into infection and I have been in a ton of pain. They were able to get me in the same day and prescribed my medicine all within an hour. I need some extensive work done and going to the dentist always terrified me, and I get emotional because of anxiety and poor experiences in the past with other doctors. They made me feel so welcome and were very comforting. This is the first place I have been to that offers in house financing. They were honest about the cost and what I needed, but in the nicest way possible. Thank yall so much. I look forward to continuing my journey with you.

First time visit Bright Now Dental. I seldom write comments about someone unless he or she does an excellent job. The hygienist, Allie is amazing. She is very thorough and is very considerate. The music she puts on is based on her patients’ age she said. She understands patients already stressful enough for getting their teeth done and she doesn’t want to put on the music she likes to listen to that her patients might not have the same taste as her. She said she can listen to her favorite music at home but not at work. She puts her patients first.

I had my visit on Friday, 10/20, and I must say I was blown away by this place. I unfortunately didn't record anyone's name, as I spoke to at least 10 staff during my entire time at my appointment, but each and every person I spoke with was professional, courteous, and anyone requiring explaining anything to me, was thorough and comforting as they explained their portion in great detail. Based on my first fill experience here, I can't wait for my future appointments and have already put my down payment on my invisaligns. What a great place. Thank you to all of the staff who took the time to welcome me and walk me through each part, while continuously apologizing to me for keeping me there. You all are fantastic and I look forward to working with you on improving my smile

Needs more organization.

This particular office is amazing! The manager is top notch! I recently went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and I experienced a sour nurse. It put me in a bad mood/kinda scared and once the manager realized I had gone from the removal of 4 teeth to just 1, she came in to make sure I was okay and not panicking. I told her what happened and she corrected the issue right away. Then the tech that assisted, comforted me so much and was an absolute gem of a sir. I decided to go for 3 wisdom teeth and it was the easiest thing ever. They made me feel great and safe! I’m moving back to LA, but the Palmdale location is where I’ll be always driving to from now on!

Dr. Jordan is awesome and the Mgr Nuri Pineda with her team are very focused on Customer requirement. I really recommend the Palmdale’s unit. Cesar

Everyone was friendly. They were a bit short staffed, but who isn’t? Even being short, they made sure I was updated regularly and that any needs I may have had were met. The dentist was very nice. The place was clean. No complaints.

I like going to this dental place because is not only closed to my house but the staff there are nice, friendly and respectful. Everyone always have a smile on their faces. I also like how they have payment plans, they offer different ways for you to pay over time. The place is always nice and clean, they are always disinfecting everything.

Great service. My appointment was for a routine check up. My appointment was fast and everybody was very professional and courteous.

The new Hygienist Angie is a sweetheart! Thank you for making my visit a positive and nice visit! Update 3/2023: Angie is not there anymore? Too bad! They don't have a Hygienist in over a year? Two Dr's, 1 new doctor. I like the Dr's and up front girls. But, I had a cleaning appt. and only received a paste polish? No cleaning??

Bright Now Dental in Palmdale is the best dentist I have ever been to. Their attention to detail, their professionalism and courteousness is second to none. I will never trust my dental care to anyone else! The front office staff was very helpful and they make you feel like you really matter!

I went in on an emergency basis cause I had split a back tooth. Could not get an appointment or referral on a Saturday so Bright Now gave me an appointment for 1st thing on Monday. 1st thing the dentist told me was I would need to be referred out to an oral surgeon, but assured me that I would be taken care of that day. Thank you BrightNow, the oral surgeon and assistant at Heritage Dental, Dr. Bethers took care of me, thank you for the referral.

I have always had a positive experience at Bright Now Dental. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I leave feeling secure in the services that have been rendered and trust that the care of my teeth are in good hands. I receive recommendations (specifically from Mr. Akil) for better care of my gums, teeth and mouth which further my resolve to stick with Bright Now Dental for all of my dental and ortho services.
