My appointment was on time.

Leona and Dr Rico was great! Absolutely tge vest dentist visit I've ever had. Very though and did a great job. Also the friendliest people. Made me feel welcomed tge whole time.

Dr Rico is the best! Listens to patients concerns , takes time to explain and answer any questions .Excellent chair side manner especially with people that have anxiety with dentists and procedures. Highly recomend. Only negative is, sometimes difficult to get through to talk to staff via phone calls.

Staff is great the hygienist care really good and i love my dentist.They have a new mgr in Mentor and he's great .Front desk staff knows how to treat customers .my My family gets cleaning xrays and have even gotten other dental work such as partial and fillings.This office gets very busy as they are one of the better locations and worth the wait

Was my first time there. My appt was at 830 and I didnt get seen until ten till. (How could they be behind when they just opened?) And just to be completely honest, the front desk woman when you check in is kinda...curt..idk if I'd use the word rude but something close I guess. Like annoyed? Idk. She's got bad aura. Honestly all the front desk people seemed annoyed. Maybe they haveing bad day...idk but the doctor herself was really nice and knowledgeable though. And their Efda is too. They have a good price on whitening also.
But I didn't get done with my appt until almost 11am and I was just getting a small broken filling fixed..(procedure itself took like five mins, no stretch) they do take medicade also which is nice. . the dentist is really good though which is all that really matters. Over all 3 1/2 stars

excellent, quick service. my dental hygienist is the best. only complaint is how long it takes to get appts. but Bright Dental is the only dentist that takes Caresource insurance. I thank you for that. good staff in Parma Heights.

My hygienist was welcoming, funny and friendly. My teeth feel super clean!!

Clean place. Friendly staff. I just don’t like there is no privacy when giving out personal information out loud near the waiting area. The place also gets super busy with a lot of people. I’ve had several visits here specifically for clean up, and I’ve been told that the hygienist does not have time for me at that time, and that I need to make another appointment. I feel like if I’m making an appointment for a specific service, to get served, specially if I’m providing a great dental insurance plan, and requesting a day off from work to get what I need to get done.

Very kid friendly facility. The office is bigger than it looks. I like the intimate rooms the office has. My son felt very comfortable .

Dr. Angela was fantastic! As someone who has always hated going to the dentist she completely turned it around. She was patient with me and made it a fantastic experience! She also was great with my son!

I refuse to let another dentist work on me after finding Dr. Rico. He is the most gentle and kindest dentist ever. Special shout out to Liz, Angela and Phyllis who always make our visits enjoyable.
