I’ve been going to this dental office for a while and overall it’s a good place. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and the quality of care is solid when things aren’t rushed. However, it does get quite busy at times, and I’ve noticed that this can affect the level of personal attention during appointments. I understand that they have a high demand, which speaks to their popularity, but I hope they can find a way to manage the flow better so every patient feels fully cared for. Still appreciate the work they do and hope to see some improvement.

The dentist and his assistances were great and amazing. Their receptionist could use a little personality, like a smile or hello or something friendly.

Dr. Rico and Liz took great care of me this visit! I always feel comfortable with them fixing up my teeth.

I was highly satisfied with the employees and my dental assistant Phyllis and the work that was done! I went in not very confident and I left confident. Fast appointment making. Quick care plan, and affordable prices with all different payment methods. They where able to give me antibiotics and do my front row of teeth my first visit. I have more appointments for the future but they started my care the same day. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I received a cleaning from the Parma location and my hygienist named Angela Marie did a very excellent job on my teeth. So if you need a good cleaning go see her!!!!

Came in today only for a check up and wanted a cleaning but they were booked, i told Angela i was leaving out of town next week and i really wanted to get a cleaning done and she made it work and got me in same day!!

Angela the hygienist was great, very friendly and took me in on time.

What a great experience I had with Bright Now, I chipped a tooth and when I called they were able to get me in that day. Elizabeth assisted the doctor to fix my tooth to give me back my beautiful smile.
