Everyone at this dental office is extremely nice and the service is great! I never thought I would feel comfortable in a dentist office, but you will here. Great employees all around.

The staff here is always very kind to me as I am disabled. The staff always makes sure that I am comfortable and I love Dr Rico as well!

I cannot say enough about the staff at Bright Now Dental. From the dentists to the office staff they are kind and compassionate and caring. The last couple years have been difficult ones for me and the Bright Now Staff showed great compassion and did their best to fit me in when I had some unfortunate dental needs. I totally recommend Bright Now!

Dr Rico and his staff are absolutely amazing! I have had a few visits - the first was a new patient visit with exam and X-rays and even though I was not scheduled for a cleaning, the hygienist had a no show and did a thorough job! Front desk staff are welcoming and even though very busy, make you feel comfortable from the first greeting. Sometimes the wait is a little long but worth it to have Dr Rico as my dentist. He is very professional and meticulous and does a great job! Thank you all staff - I don’t know how you do it everyday but you do a wonderful job with as many patients and phone calls you all handle!!!

Staff was super friendly and polite but service was very slow

My husband has alzheimer's and the hygienist was so patient with him. He had some problem areas she needed to clean and she took it slow and was so gentle with him. Also Dr. Ricco is the best!

This location ( Parma ) always satisfies and friendly unlike the steelyard location! The entire experience was amazing!

Dr.Rico was amazing had a root canal done didn’t feel a thing, also recovering well. Happy I found a great dentist that can ease my mind and pain. Highly recommended

Patients are backed up and it takes too long to see Dentist.The first evaluation was that all my teeth needed to come out not very reassuring .

my dental hygenist, Angela was the best, by offering a solution for flossing my back teeth where food was being caught. Unfortunately, My back molar issue causing it, could not be addressed because my dentist was off that day. Now I have to wait 6 more months till my next cleaning.

I have a fear of the dentist, this group was very good! To start off with they played great music.... The ladies at the front desk were very sweet Elizabeth that took me back to the chair and took my x-rays was awesome and the dentist was really good. I thought he was very humble/personable and gave me good advice. I enjoyed this place and it helped me lift a little bit off my fear of the dentist, I thank the staff!!! Update: I went back to Dr. Petrich to have my fillings done and he and Elizabeth worked on my teeth and did a very good job. It was almost pain-free, but they did a good job and I'm so happy it's over with wink wink.

Great place I take all 3 of my kids here. The staff is great. Scheduling is quick and easy. They have a bunch of different rooms so they can take multiple people at a time. It done sometimes get crowded but they make it work the best they can. They offer a treasure box for the kids and a bag which my kids love.

Always a Great experience when I get work done on my teeth at Bright Now Dental... All of the staff are Courteousl to me as well as each other, always saying Please and Thank You....I always Leave, Feeling better than when I arrive...Thank You Bright Now Dental.

I arrived really too early, but that's because of my transportation service, however my experience was very well worth the wait. I was in and out of the dentist chair in no time, and my Dentist was very polite and professional, He answered all of my questions , and his assistant was also welcoming and polite.
