I went for a teeth cleaning I was told they don’t do teeth cleaning when you are a new patient,it seems to me they want you to comeback sooner,other than that the dentist was a nice person.

Experience with the hygienist is always terrific. If the ladies behind the desk who take $ and make appts. don't look you in the eye when speaking, one might think they are talking into their phone mouthpiece. Eye contact and a smile go a long way.

After some time apart from visiting Bright Now! Pinole CA services, I was impressed with the cleanliness, distancing, care and attention towards the health and safety of both clients and staff. From signing in, to getting x-rays, to a thorough exam by my doctor and care technician, and the end-of-appointment review, every person was very courteous, polite, professional and helpful in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Bright Now! for competent, professional care from a staff who genuinely ensure the best interests of their clients.

Great dentist don’t like to keep filling out forms every time I go back

Professional, clean, the team was nice. Was able to get appointments at a good time ,did not have to wait long in the waiting room or scheduled follow-up appointments.

Very happy with the service provided to me agent was very kind efficient great personality almost took the sting out of the bill witch was very low in comparison to others one of the best choices l have made coming to this office

Wonderful office and amazing staff, I personally appreciate the time and effort given to each individual patient you can tell everyone honestly loves what they do, I've been struggling for quite a while with finding a dentist that could help with my severe dental issues and after years of treatment with no results I came to bright now and in a short time I've gotten more accomplished than ever before. I truly appreciate the professionalism and im thankful that Bright now is giving me back my smile.

I just wanted to say that I was nervous about going back to the dentist, but they were very COVID conscious & very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Props to Dr. Toral Patel, DDS and her assistants !

My experience was amazing. The whole staff was courteous and caring. The waiting room was packed so I thought I'd be there for a while before being seen. I was wrong which speaks to the efficiency of this office.

My family and I been coming to bright now dental past 15 years the staff, doctors and the hygienist are fabulous. They except all insurances, and they’re great to accommodate you with your appointments.Dr. Wendell is amazing!!! Our hygienist Sharan is so wonderful I can’t express my gratitude for their professionalism, kindness and amazing service. We moved 10 years ago an hour away but we still come here never found a dentist as good and honest as bright now dental🙏

Highly recommend this location. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Special thanks to Maria for getting me in last minute with my time constraint! Although I live in Union City, this will be my go to location for any dental work!
