I had a cracked, infected tooth that needed to be removed. My wife called and got me in the next morning. I can’t find a provider with my insurance so we had to pay out of pocket. Anywho Lisa and Dr P were the best! They explained everything as they were doing it, and Lisa the assistant never left my side. Excellent service and I’m recovering nicely. Highly recommend!! 5 star service with the best associates!

Staff was very nice and explained what they were going to do thoroughly before they did it!

All staff along the spectrum are very professional, gentle, and courteous. Never once did i feel embarrassed about what i was going there for or what had to be done. They always explained and showed me what was going on in a way i could understand and make a decision that was good for me.

Everyone is friendly. I do need to have my teeth cleaned every three months. I can't get an appointment before six months. That is the only bad thing I have to say.

I was genuinely pleased with the service, even though I didn’t get the best diagnosis. Everyone was very friendly and explained things well! I was super nervous at first with it being my first appointment but I am happy to be a patient there!!

I met Dr. Pingali at the Miamisburg location where she saw patients twice/week. She would travel from the Piqua location. Now she can no longer assist in Miamisburg, which left me so disappointed. She explained all options to me regarding my dental issues. She was and still is, kind to me. I now drive to Piqua ( I live south) just to see her! The office staff is friendly as well. I wish we had a Dr. Pingali south of town! The other locations are not worth my time, until a great Dentist like her, is available.

Had to have an extensive dental surgery performed, and I was in the chair for a total of 3hrs 56min. There were a couple moments that I could start to feel some pain, but they (Dr. P, and the 2 assistants) made sure to do what was necessary to relieve that pain immediately. Finished up, went home, followed their instructions, and had a decent night. The office called to check on me later in the day to ensure I was ok. After waking up from my sleep, I did have some more swelling g, but that's because I was sleeping and couldn't take care of it. Went back in next day to have a follow up, and everything is going very well. Dr. P was surprised that I didn't need my pain meds and that it was doing so well. Thank you for taking good care of me & I'll see you in a week for more follow up!

Bright Now Dental Piqua has been amazing for my dental needs. The Dentist and staff are so knowledgeable and always take extra time to explain procedures and to make sure I am not in any discomfort. 5 Star for sure. I would also like to say that Kelly the Dental Hygienist who cleaned my teeth was beyond amazing. She gave me a thorough explanation of everything I needed to do to improve my overall dental health and even though my teeth took extra time to do she went the extra mile to be sure I got excellent care. My teeth were beyond amazing when she was finished and I am so grateful for her care and guidance on how I can improve my teeth/gums for the years to come. Thank you.

This was a new dental practice for myself. I was very pleased with the dentist and staff. I went in on the wrong day . They did not turn me away they seen me and treated me well. This is my dental practice. Only one thing I would recommend is that they clinical staff need to introduce theirself and what their job title is. Other way I cannot not complain.
