I was a first time patient for a check up and all the ladies were great from scheduling me in and explaining the process. The whole front desk has such a positive and inviting environment, the lovely lady that did my X rays (I cannot remember her name right now) was super helpful and made sure I was comfortable. When Dr. came in she had a very warm greeting, after checking all my teeth went back to show me the images explaining what was going on. I truly appreciate her taking her time and going back to personally explain the process made me feel comfortable and confident for my future appointments to get work done by her.

Today had my deep cleaning done and it was perfect! From the moment that you walk in you are greeted by nice and cheerful faces, Carley, Gina and Griselda are very nice ,Carly took me back to the chair and stared the polishing she was caring and professional then doctor dentist Patel walks into the room with the most warmest welcome and performed the deep cleaning done to perfection without any pain and discomfort as she was carefully detailing around the gums , I love this office everyone is so nice and that makes a difference for me! My wife and I were scheduled for regular cleaning dental appointments but ended up with deep cleaning based on the recommendation of Dr. Pooja Patel. However, it.was more expensive than we had anticipated but with outstanding service results. We were also pleased with Dr. Pooja Patel and her staff that made us feel welcome. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, virtually gave us the royal treatment. Honestly, my wife and I would gladly recommend friends and family members to Dr. Pooja Patel and her Staff’s Dental practice at Bright Now Dental office in Rancho Cucamonga CA. I was worth it.

But let me explain why because the proof is in the pudding! Griselda & Monique in the front office have been nothing short of helpful and accommodating. They worked with myself & children ( which is 5 in total) to get us in and be seen as soon as possible. They handled our situations with the upmost care and explained which treatments were time sensitive with educational facts. I needed extensive work done, root canals, crowns, and extractions, they sent out authorizations asap! During the wait for approval, I complained of pain due to a broken tooth & I received a same day appointment to be examined for a prescription for antibiotics! My dentist Pooja Patel DMD, IS AMAZING my root canal work was seamless, professional but most importantly painless! My Dental assistant was Neptune and she also aided in making the experience so great, I kept running back for my appointments. My son and daughter had cleanings and extractions done by Dr. Davis and he made them feel so welcomed and comfortable & the work was done quickly but efficiently! My son was drooling after surgery and Jina assisted him with napkins and cleaned him up with new gauze from the kindness of her heart ALL MY KIDS RECEIVED COMPLIMENTARY NEW TOOTHBRUSHES, FLOSS & TOOTHPASTE! If you don’t have a Dentist, RUN TO BRIGHT NOW DENTAL NOW! in Rancho Cucamonga!!!!!

I picked this location due to a dental emergency and ended up finding our new dental home.
