I have been going to this location for almost a year now and everyone is always so professional and friendly. Staring with Alma who is the receptionist; she always has a smile on her face making me feel welcome. Dr. Ershadi and his team are really professional and I’m extremely happy with all the procedures I have had so far. And the manager Yeny is always making sure I feel welcome. Lovely team, and if you are thinking of getting a procedure done I highly recommend this location!

First time going, and all the staff members are amazing. Front desk and doctors are great! Made my visit comfortable and gave me solutions to all my concerns. Appreciate this office and glad I'm getting my check ups here🫶🫶🫶✨️

This place is clean, however in the years I have gone to take my kids for their orthodontic needs the staff members have changed so many times I could not keep up. Some of them are helpful, while other treat you like your less than and are too busy giggling amongst themselves to tend to the needs of their customers

I’ve been going to Bright Now Dental for several events, 2 crown replacements, root canal, deep cleaning and they have done an excellent job. Dentists are very nice, considerate, knowledgeable, professional and staff have been great. Friendly and helpful.

My first visit in a while since I get nervous with dentist. Dr. Ji did amazing she make sure to let me know every single step she was taking and most important she always asked of I was doing fine. It's hard to find caring dentist!! Front staff super attentive and always smiling.

I like Dr. Yi! She is very informative, considerate, and knowledgeable. The staff here also made me feel comfortable and were friendly and respectful. I am looking forward to getting treated here for a long time, I have been searching for a dentist for a long time since I moved to LA and I can finally say that I am choosing this office. Quede satisfecha porque me ayudaron con mi problema que tenia me sacaron una muela la espera fue como de una hora pero cuando el doctor me saco la muela no duró ni 5 minutos en sacármelo no me dolió para nada ni aún después ni un día me dolió eso fue grandioso porque yo tenia mucho miedo porque pensé que iba a sufrir dolor pero gracias a Dios no fue así muchas gracias y el personal que atiende son muy amables

Prior to my appointment I was advised about my insurance needs. I cancelled the appointment, called my insurance to activate Dr Luke Kim, and then called back to make another appointment. I was given an appointment for the same day just an hour later! It was amazing and much appreciated. Staff were very helpful and professional. Altogether a great experience.
