Thorough and kind

Had a great experience with Bright Now. I had to have a tooth pulled from a old root canal that was infected. I have high anxiety so chose the sedation to have it done. The staff was very professional nice and I felt nothing. Definitely would recommend them for any invasive work. Thank you Bright Now

I always have a lot of anxiety going to the Dentist but the staff made me feel very comfortable- were very kind- Everything was explained to me and I received a written statement of what I needed to have done and how much I would need to pay after insurance- I’m so glad I made the choice to go here- I felt right at home😊

Initial visit was great, answered all questions i had, gave me some hope to fix my issues and no judgement about me or my situation

The staff are all very friendly, the assistants were friendly and knowledgeable in everything that needed done and answering questions and the Dr was great in explaining what was going on with my teeth and what the next steps should be.
They didn't do the cleaning on that visit, which seemed odd to me but since I had to come back for a filling, it was no big deal. I would ask for the cleaning to be scheduled on the regular visit so you don't have to come back just for that.

Dr. Robert's is an incredible dentist. His staff is amazing. They all are so nice and very helpful. They work with your budget which is quite rare now a days. I couldn't be more happy with Dr. Robert's and his staff.

I'm in the process of having several pieces of important dental work done. They have a great team, very friendly, courteous, thoughtful and professional. I am happy to be here.

Pretty good place with great friendly staff. They process me really quickly every time, and have a great understanding of what makes people nervous, and work to alleviate that by explaining the process to you thoroughly.

I recently had a crown replaced on a molar that was in jeopardy. The whole process went very smoothly and I am happy with the outcome. The doctor and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Bright Now Dental!

Both the dental hygienist and Dr. provide kind, compassionate care, and the rest of the staff are all friendly as well. Dental work isn’t fun per se, but my entire experience has been comfortable.
The location is very convenient as well.

Updating after switching my kiddos here as well - staff did a great job making them feel comfortable. I especially appreciated their efforts to keep me informed and involved before every step they took. Great communication.

I'm so thankful that Bright now Dental is my dentist. Everyone in this office is so friendly and nice every single time I have a pleasant experience and learn something new! Doc Roberts explained what he saw on X-ray and what it meant very throughly. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Friendly, clear explanations, quick, thorough

Really great service, my teeth feel incredibly clean! The exam I got was thorough too. The assistants made the x-ray process really comfortable and Dr Roberts took the time to explain my x-rays to me and what all his findings meant. I'm really happy to have this place for my dental work!

I hate dental work, but Dr Roberts really made me feel comfortable. I had to wait a little while to finish my fillings because he worked in an emergency patient, but I was kinda glad to know my dentist cares about everyone that comes through his doors. If I need him one day by surprise I think he'll take care of me too, and that means alot!

I needed a cleaning as it had been about 3 years since my last one. My hygienist, Lindsay, was awesome and the assistants and front office staff were also really accommodating. They told me I probably wouldn't get my cleaning and exam done on the same day, but there was a cancellation and they worked my cleaning right in. I'll definitely be back!

My most recent visit was excellent. I had a tooth pulled that had broke off under gum line. The dentist was very good, making sure I knew what was happening throughout the procedure and that I wasn't in pain. He was also very kind and professional with his staff. I hope he doesn't leave there. I was also very happy to see the hygienist I had before was still there as well. Ps I am terrified of going to dentists.
