Both the dental hygienist and Dr. provide kind, compassionate care, and the rest of the staff are all friendly as well. Dental work isn’t fun per se, but my entire experience has been comfortable.
The location is very convenient as well.

Updating after switching my kiddos here as well - staff did a great job making them feel comfortable. I especially appreciated their efforts to keep me informed and involved before every step they took. Great communication.

I'm so thankful that Bright now Dental is my dentist. Everyone in this office is so friendly and nice every single time I have a pleasant experience and learn something new! My daughter also loves Bright Now Dental. The hygienist and all the dental assistants as well as the front staff are all just amazing people and have always treated me wonderful! 😁

Doc Roberts explained what he saw on X-ray and what it meant very throughly. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Really great service, my teeth feel incredibly clean! The exam I got was thorough too. The assistants made the x-ray process really comfortable and Dr Roberts took the time to explain my x-rays to me and what all his findings meant. I'm really happy to have this place for my dental work!

I hate dental work, but Dr Roberts really made me feel comfortable. I had to wait a little while to finish my fillings because he worked in an emergency patient, but I was kinda glad to know my dentist cares about everyone that comes through his doors. If I need him one day by surprise I think he'll take care of me too, and that means alot!

I needed a cleaning as it had been about 3 years since my last one. My hygienist, Lindsay, was awesome and the assistants and front office staff were also really accommodating. They told me I probably wouldn't get my cleaning and exam done on the same day, but there was a cancellation and they worked my cleaning right in. I'll definitely be back!

Really nice dentist made me feel comfortable. Office manager was really nice and helpful.

Great dental office. Friendly, professional and communicate with you clearly and succinctly. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit with them and they accommodated me on an emergency basis same day. I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated. The entire staff was so kind and caring and Dr. Roberts is great. I have terrible anxiety they were very reassuring. They get 10⭐️

My most recent visit was excellent. I had a tooth pulled that had broke off under gum line. The dentist was very good, making sure I knew what was happening throughout the procedure and that I wasn't in pain. He was also very kind and professional with his staff. I hope he doesn't leave there. I was also very happy to see the hygienist I had before was still there as well. Ps I am terrified of going to dentists.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. My 3 year old son was seen to have his teeth cleaned. He was beyond excited to go in and meet “new friends” the staff made him feel so comfortable and he came out wanting to go back and have his teeth cleaned again.

I would like to GIve a huge shout out to the crew at Bright now dental for the outstanding customer service not only when i showed up for an appt, but months later after i had canceled an appt due to fixing my insurance, i received a call from Mellissa, i hope i spelled her name right, but i have been having a bad go of it lately due to being back from iraq with my PTSD and over the phone she treated me like i was family asking not at first about my teeth but how i was doing! she made the rest of my week! sometimes it takes for someone to actually care! I highly recommend their office in Richland. TY again! Melissa and the family at the Richland bright now Dentist office!

These people are wonderful! They are knowledgeable and caring. I have to say that my experience with my dentist and his team at this office was the best I have ever experienced. Thumbs up!!

Location is conveniently located by many other local and major businesses. Plenty of parking. Office was clean and orderly. Friendly staff and receptionist. Initially booked my appointment online for a dental checkup (aka dental xrays + exam with Dr. visit) and called the office ahead of time to see if a cleaning could be arranged during dental checkup. The office quickly responded and got two services completed in a timely manner.

Affordable dentistry especially for those who are self pay and needing preventative care, xrays + exam for $59 and cleaning depending on health of teeth/gums/other factors.

Appreciated professionalism and welcoming demeanor by the dental assistant, dental hygienist Lindsey and Dr. Abdelrahim Eljack.

Dr. Eljack and his staff are consumate professionals and truly care about their patients. They are responsive to getting people in for immediate issues, as well as on-going preventive care.

What a great place.The dental assistant was amazing. The doctor was class A. I had a couple teeth that had to go. Never thought that experience would be so easy and pain free. Amazing. Thank you.
