I have had such a wonderful experience dealing with Erika at Bright Now Dental. She has gone above and beyond to assist me as a customer and make me feel supported. She always takes the time to make me feel valued and is friendly and knowledgeable.

Bright now dental is a breath of fresh air…literally! Dr. Bala is the most kind, honest and trustworthy dentist I think my hubby and I have ever met. After years of being lied to by shady dentists and being told we need expensive work on perfectly healthy teeth, I could’ve cried happy tears when we started going here! The entire staff is kind, caring and supportive. They work hard to make sure everything is covered by your insurance beforehand and even without it, their prices are so reasonable. Ive had two crowns done there already and he does a beautiful job. AND he’s super gentle.
I’ve been telling everyone I know how honest and amazing Dr. Bala is! Trust me, if you need a lot of dental work, are nervous about going to the dentist or just want someone that’s really experienced and kind, this is the place to go! We LOVE Bright Now dental!!

My cleaning was competent and on time.
The hygienist did a good job. Unlike my last experience, the dentist did show up and looked at my mouth for about 3 minutes, asked if my teeth felt OK and left.

Another improvement was that I was able to schedule a future appointment this time.
Last time it took about 9 1/2 months to get my 6 month appointment.making an appointment. it is still a very odd dental office with a steep stairway leading up to the offices, which are pretty tacky!

11/11/24: Dr. Bala replaced a small filling that had come out. As always, he and his staff were friendly, efficient, and assuring. Highly recommend them!

11/12/24: Had my 6-months cleaning with hygenist Brook today. This is my 2nd one since she joined Dr. Bala's practice, and I couldn't be happier. She is both proficient and pleasant. And the front desk staff are always friendly and efficient when welcoming in and processing out patients. Love that Bright Now! Dental is part of my Kaiser Medicare Advantage plan.

Needed to get a chipped tooth repaired, and Bright Now! made time for me on short notice. Front desk was polite and efficient getting me checked in and signed off on waht the chages would be. Yazmin was a delight with the X-rays and assisting throughout the procedure. And Dr. Bala's skill and reassuring manner shown through as he methodically moved through the procedure, painless from beginning to end!

8/24/2023: Yesterday I had my 6-month cleaning with hygenist Nicole. Wow! Am I happy to see her back at work. So professional, skilled, and pleasant. Thank you, Nicole! And welcome back.

This Rohnert Park office and Dr. Bala is amazing. I've had some extensive work done with them, some of it on short surprise notice, and they've been really good. The hygenist is also amazing

GREAT GREAT SERVICE! Everyone i met that worked there was very down to earth and kind. Got a great price for the work i needed bone. Did not feel judged in any way. Felt right at home. Highly recommend them.

Quick,efficient, and pleasant

I mostly liked the experience except for the woman that came aggressively out to the lobby and demanded I wear a mask. It was aggressive on a ridiculous level. I almost walked out.

Great dental Experience

My experience with Bright Now Dental in Rohnert Park, and in particular Dr. Bala and his staff, has been excellent. (I waited until after three appointments to write a review to make sure the work done was holding up.) I have had two fillings and a crown done by Dr. Bala and I couldn't be happier. I had been limping along with chipped teeth for a year or more, and I very much notice the improvement in my ability to chew and eat. The office staff are pleasant and efficient -- very clear about procedures, treatment process and costs. They have gotten me in for appointments quickly and at times convenient for me. I moved to Santa Rosa a few years ago and was concerned that I would be able to find as good a dentist as the one I had had for over 20 years in the Bay Area. I found someone better !!!

Last time everyone was friendly and professional without crowded waiting area like Smile. This time the wait time was almost 30 minutes. 75 min total for filling

Brooke is an excellent periodontist! Top-notch skills; informative and open to Q&A; focused on the patient's health; and ensures that her patient is comfortable during the procedures.

Excellent dental care, the most painless I've ever experienced. Staff is wonderful, too. Caring, attentive, skilled.

Such a nice easy experience. Now I'm cavity free thanks to Dr Bala and his assistants.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. The new hygienist is wonderful and really pays attention to your needs. The dentist is very nice and respects your choices. The only issue I've ever had us trying to schedule a cleaning appt as sometimes they do not have any available.

Called on Monday 11-13 for loose crown. Audreanna was able to setup an appointment On Tuesday 11-14 at 8:30. I was taken on time & Dr Bala re-cemented. I was greatly relieved! The entire staff have always treated me like gold! No one likes going to the dentist but they make it as painless as possible!
