Did have a cleaning yesterday and was amazed by how gentle and thorough the hygienist was.
Definitely pleased with her work, so thank you Ms Dao Dang. ✌️😃🍀Just did my 2nd appointment and Happy to say Ms Dao Dang was amazing again!! Changing my stars from 4 to 5, This will Definitely be my go-to dentist for any work I might need in the future!! Ok 3rd visit 2 cavities filled, the Dr was great and Tonya was so kind and helpful!!

I was given a next day appointment. I was treated very well, the x-ray tech was very knowledgeable and very professional. My exam was quick, precise, and informative. I was given my plan information and cost immediately. Not having insurance I needed time to decide. I was charged a discount price for my visit, which was more then fair. I hope to return for treatment later. The staff are very professional.

The only issues I have are that the ambience is not relaxing at all there they’re always playing the music very loud and it’s jarring and disturbing and if they would have ambient elevator, music or something soft that would be better or just silence would be good but rock ‘n’ roll music is not a calming experience they used to have the television playing very loudly in the waiting room and nobody ever watched it and that was always too loud the last couple times I’ve been there it’s been off thank God. My only suggestion is to tone down the music.

My Wife and I had our 1st visit at Bright Now Dental it was an amazing experience. The team there are very professional & friendly from checkin to getting our xrays done, speaking with the Dr. & even having our teeth clean was all stress free.
I even think I fell a sleep a few times while getting my teeth clean thats how relaxed I felt .😉

The doctor did an excellent job.

Completed a follow up cleaning to an August deep cleaning, the hygienist was awesome as I have always had great success with this office. A family of 4 with varied needs, the facility is clean and efficient, many modern equipments. The support desk staff are terrific, the assistants and hygienist always amazing.

Very accommodating. They fit me in when I broke my tooth, and worked hard to find a follow up appointment that would fit into my schedule. Staff and doctor are pleasant and kind. I have been happy with their service for many years now.

Dr. Mike Lu at Bright Now impressed my husband and me the most. He recently well installed two crowns for me and treated my husband's infected tooth. He listens to patients and explains clearly. He is patient and friendly. Besides many years of dental experiences and skills, he has great personality to work with patients and his co-workers. He is well-liked DDS!

MariChuy is a sharp, knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff member. She responds to my request to e-mail our digital X-Rays to us. She is also listening and willing to accommodate our dental needs.

Sabrina is an excellent dental assistant. She often makes sure I'm comfortable and have any needs. Her smile has made me relaxed.

There are other staff members who also did good jobs in assistance and smiling which is very important is health and service industry! They deserve praises here too!

All the staff were very polite and efficient. Zoha Lia was my dental technician, and she did a wonderful tooth cleaning. She was gentle, experienced, and did a great job!

Every person that I dealt with was very professional and really nice. From the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist himself. Everybody was top notch. Now I was the first one there so everybody was starting off the day fresh. I'll have to make a late appointment sometime to see if they can endure the grind of the day. For now,they get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everyone was great. My anxiety needs were met and they made it all about my comfort! I have more procedures to go and they'll be met with a bit less dread!

I had a very good experience with my molar tooth extraction. The service is not cheap but I still like the dentist who extracted my tooth very much.

I was finally pleased with my experience at my most recent appointment. Service all around was great and speedy. Front desk, hygienist, etc. several of my past visit were really frustrating that I was ready to change Office but I be sticking around for now. Not sure if new personnel or management but it was good.
