What to say about this place. Awesome from start to finish. Someone was supposed to call me back before my visit, it didn't happen when it was supposed to. But Liliy called me the very next time and was very apologetic and took care of me right away. Once I arrived I was greeted immediately. The young lady at the counter was super friendly. As I was filling out my new patient information I had questions and that is when I met up with LiLiy the young lady on the phone. Her friendliness and demeaner was a breath of fresh air. She had so much patience and helped explained the insurance questions I had. Then Stephanie the young lady who did my X-rays was very clear and friendly with everything she was doing. Not to mention her dealing with my strong gag reflex lol. Then came the moment I had to seat in the dentist chair, there was a young lady that was so sweet and for some reason I missed her name. She too was awesome, and made me feel comfortable. Now I was with the dentist, who I can't believe I felt so comfortable with. Very thorough in explaining what was going on in my mouth and what I needed. She explain thoroughly the new things they now use and found to be much better. All of that is great to know. Some time we get older and we don't like change. As Dr. Parry explained things and also made sure I was comfortable. Gave me reassurance if at any time I needed her to stop for whatever reason just put up a hand. It was a little nerve wrecking to hear all that drilling but there was certainly no pain and they were very quick. I think the dental assistant Laura if that is her title. She was explaining the last stages of where we were, she had a calmness to her voice that was rather soothing while waiting. We all laughed a little about the soap opera on the speaker. My experience was excellent. I look forward to see my new dental team in two weeks. To bad I won't be seeing them for a while after this. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I recommended them to my co-workers as they are looking as well. I know this is a long review but it deserves to be said. Thank you to the entire staff there.

I could not be happier to be seen as a new patient, get in for my x-rays, exam, find out I needed multiple crowns and deep cleaning and be able to get started with temporary crowns and my cleaning all in the same day. My daughter was able to get seen the same day and get her x-rays, exam, and cleaning all in the same day also. We are very happy with the service and staff at the Bright Now Dental & Orthodontics in San Marcos.

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist, and there's an office closer to my home, but the doctor, her assistant, and Gina are all so nice and welcoming that Idrive the extra miles to come here. They all always try to make you feel as comfortable as posssible. I highly reccomend this office.

Professional, highly competent, flexible and friendly.

Was in excruciating pain needing root canal and could not get an appointment anywhere until I called here. They had me come right in and performed root canal and 2 crowns. Dr. Parray is the most gentle dentist I have ever had, and her staff are incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you for the amazing care.

My dentist of 30 years retired and I spent 4 years trying to find another with whom I would feel comfortable. Dr Parray was my 4th try. Will not go into those negative experiences because we have probably all had them, but now am comfortable with my choice. Dr Parray allowed me time, support, and ways to overcome pain in one of my teeth. When nothing else worked, I did need a root canal. Her recommended endodontist, did a wonderful job. The next day, Dr Parray did the work of making a new crown. I no longer have a lifelong dental phobia. Very grateful to have found her.

Really enjoy my experience, had a certain issue from a previous visit a couple years ago but they helped me out and went the extra mile to right that wrong. Highly recommend!

Went there for a teeth cleaning. The staff were friendly and they made sure that I got my teeth cleaning that same day as my exam and x-ray even though it took them a long time to get my X-ray done. The hygienist was really nice, she really cleaned my teeth thoroughly with the stains on my teeth for a year not going to the dentist. They made sure that everyone follows the protocol since Covid is still going on during my visit. They also don't push me to do treatment that I don't need and want. Very honest which I really like from a dentist. Definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a dentist who is caring and honest.
