Always very nice and friendly! I have gotten a ton of dental work done by them and they do a great job everytime.

I am 100% satisfied with the care I received today. My Doctor was very caring and maintained good professional manner. He explained everything about the procedure to me. He is knowledgeable and experienced. The staff are very supportive, respectful, and also maintained good professional manner.
I am glad to have found this good dental office. I can now smile freely! I highly recommend.

I have been a patient here for a couple of years. Professional orthodontist and staff. Never had a problem whenever I’ve needed to change an appointment for a different time or day.

People are friendly. Dentist and Techs are qualified and do a good job. I don't like policy of double booking. Dentist is great.

The dentist, the dental assistant, and hygienist were all incredibly kind! It's my third time going to this dental office and I have had a great experience each time. The dentist and hygienist answered all my questions, they were very informative and helpful!

I have severe dentophobia. Having finally gotten up the nerve, I scheduled a very necessary & long postponed de-scaling and deep cleaning. First visit the staff could not have been nicer, from entry to xrays & meeting the dentist and hygienist. Once there for the actual cleaning, Eric went above and beyond. Helping me relax, ensuring I had as little discomfort as possible. While there was a bit of a wait, I didn't find it unreasonable. Best of all, I'm not afraid to go back!

Excellent experience. The entire staff, from the front desk to the dental assistants are amazing. Dr. Van was kind, knowledgable and very professional. Thank you for making a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience.

All the people I interacted with, that worked there, were nice and professional , specially doctor Sherrill, that run the extra mile to get his job well done. Very detail oriented and careful with anesthesias, Thank you all !!!

All employees are very accommodating and friendly clinic was very cleaned and organized. the front desk was very kind and nice to me all the time I forgot her name, I’m really thankful with them helping me out get my approval done on time. And the dentist who did my tooth yesterday was superb

The provide good service and are very good with communicating what procedures need to be done with the dental work, however my appointment was scheduled for 11 am, I arrived at 10:50 am, but wasn't called in the back to do my x-rays until 12 pm. People who arrived well after I did were called in before I was.

There was another woman waiting in the waiting room. She also complained that she was sitting there for a while before they called her to the back.

The staff is nice, they just need to work on calling in the patients in the order they arrive.

Happy staff, prompt, clean, and very welcoming. Tech was gentle and always checking with me to see if I needed a break. From someone that has grown up "hating" to go to the dentist, this was a very pleasant experience! Only negative is parking.

My hygiene maintenance appointment was outstanding ! New to me , hygenist Susan was like a breath of fresh air with her outstanding cleaning techniques coupled with her proactive tips about brushing teeth more effectively. She loves what she's doing and it shines through in her disposition and how much she cares about people and how they care for their teeth. It was a joy to come away knowing that she covered even how my caps /crowns are doing and so much more.

Recommend highly! Professional office staff, and technicians for the absolute best experience for dental care!

After waiting 2 1/2 months for an implant piece that I paid for and apparently I didn’t really need, I went yesterday for the implant repair. My appointment was at 10:40. I didn’t see the doctor till almost 1145. Overall, the experience was a little disconcerting and a bit painful. I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the last decades, including implant, root canal, and a set of veneers. None of those procedures provided any pain whatsoever. However, in this appointment, when given a numbing injection, it was done extremely quickly and was very painful. When I inquired about it, I was given some explanation that didn’t really make sense. I know my previous dentist always made a deliberate effort to go very slowly when injecting numbing material and it always was tolerable. Also, I was given a temporary crown while I am waiting for my permanent replacement for the crown covering the implant. i’ve never had to wait three weeks with a temporary before, however, I feel the wait is due to the doctor’s availability at Bright now. He is only there a few days a month and therefore appointments have to be made around his schedule. Very frustrating. I’m hoping that once I do get my crown and the implant is fixed, it will be satisfactory.

From the helpful office staff to the wonderful Dental Assistants and Dr Ava. They have all made going to the dentist a much better experience for me.

Went in to see the Oral Surgeon Dr. Kim for a wisdom tooth extraction. Felt rushed and didn’t wait enough time for me to be all numbed up so as he began to extract It hurt so badly. He had to continue adding more shots to numb me up. Finally I was all numb and didn’t feel the pain.

The staff is very welcomed and they make feel special. I love the way my care was explained to me very clearly.

You guys are the best thank you for taking care of me.
