My experience was all good. Everyone was very nice and understanding of being a new patient. It had been many years since I've been to a dentist. Everyone made me feel welcome and assured me that we would come up with a plan to get me back on track.

Great...friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff. Had to have my teeth removed for dentures and didn't feel any discomfort at all. Expert attention for a comfortable fitting replacement. Good job, Guys!!!

Waited maybe 30 minutes till my appointment. I got there early. They got me right IN. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT35 MIN. FRIM START TO FINISH. TO GO IN SET DOWN talk to the dtvhave a big tooth taken out and ready to go home. No pain takin it out. The DRVWAS NICE AND FRIENDLY AND TOOK THE TOOTH OUT IN MAYBE 20 MIN. I LUV THIS PLACE.

They did great with my daughter who use to be terrified to sit in that chair! Awesome job thank you for making her more comfortable.

I love Bright Now Dental and Orthodontics they always explain everything very well and in detail and they have great payment options for out of pocket payments. I would suggest them to anyone in the Sandusky area! They do accept medicaid for the general dentistry but not for Ortho. I wanted to add that because I think theres an error on the medicaid site. 😁

There is not enough space here for me to give enough credit to Dr Silva and the staff at Bright Now Dental in Sandusky, Ohio. I have had multiple dental visits recently to handle a variety of oral issues. Dr Silva is by far the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. He has exceptional bedside manner, explains all aspects of dental plan in detail-twice, answers all questions and made each procedure comfortable. I was so impressed with him, I sent my son to his Toledo office. I cannot even begin to describe the amazing work he did for my son, turning a once embarrassing smile into a BRIGHT smile that my son proudly shows now!
I felt immediately at ease with Holli. After explaining to her a fear of the numbing needle, she sat with me and helped me concentrate on other things, which made that part more tolerable for me. Holli is very educated and knowledgeable in her position. She definitely goes the extra mile and made me feel as if I was the only patient in the office.
Abby is the most positive and bubbly person! She also is extremely knowledgeable and explains what she is doing at all times. It’s not like you are in the chair wondering what’s happening. I knew every step exactly what was going on, because Abby took the time to tell me each step before she did it, then again while she was doing it.
The front office staff are also very friendly and go out of their way to help. Carrie and Stephanie both happily assisted me with insurance issues and juggling appointments.
Overall, I highly recommend Bright Now Dental!
