Amazing! I went to the Sandusky location & had Dr. Silva & his assistant Abby. I was able to squeeze in an emergency appointment, was in & out of the chair on a quiet Saturday. I felt absolutely no pain and felt so comfortable with the options given to me. I’ve put my dental off for so long due to anxiety but I will definitely be continuing this journey at Bright Now.

The Dentist was friendly , professional and took his time during the exam. Both assistants I had were very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

Had some teeth pulled, staff was great. I don't mind waiting for good service.

Wisdom teeth extraction was easy pain free however it took me 6 months to get ahold of anyone

Over all I don’t have any issues. The hygienist was awesome! Only complaint I have is I should be on a 3 month program due to bone loss and the only time they could get me in was in 7 months!!! This last time I went almost a year! You need to do better for your clients and hire some help!!

Everyone was very nice. The doctor took me right away. I was just there for a consultation. He ended up doing the work the same day. The assistant and dental hygienists were all very nice. The girls at the front counter were exceptional.

1st time wasn't good. Their machines went offline an couldn't do x-rays after driving 5.5 hrs. An 5.5 hrs back to Wv 2nd time so far so good.

Very good job to the dentist. He drained my abscess and pulled two teeth. Yes the shots hurt but didn't feel anything else.

Dr. Vo is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. The staff was efficient , orderly, knowledgeable, friendly and created a smooth experience as I moved through my appointment in which I encountered several different personnel from check-in, z-rays, cleaning and scheduling and Everyone was Awesome!

Wanda the hygienist cleaned my teeth and was so thorough, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great experience.

Everything was good when I went in there today. But I got told to leave bc my youngest was having a fit. I shut down. I wish people would understand. I don't have a babysitter for her she's autistic and doesn't understand everything just yet. The receptionist however was very apologetic to me about the situation. But my kids love them
