Dr. Shai and his team are incredible! Always busy, very patient, and loads of fun! Myself and both of my children are patients of Dr. Shai! Definitely recommend!!!

The kindest people! Doctor takes time with each patient instead of rushing. Everyone was super friendly from the reception I made my appointment with to the nurse who saw me and the doctor. First visit was a success and I was very happy.

I had an emergency situation and the entire staff was very helpful. I was In a lot of pain but they never made me feel bad about it, and the dentist was incredibly kind.

Bright Now Dental staff was very kind and understanding of my needs to help me to get back getting me ready to smile again.

I had an emergency, my tooth broke and the tooth needed pulled. I called got in and had the tooth pulled and a bone graph justn2 hours after i calledj k9. The secretary was very helpful in getting me in same day! Ive had alot of dental work done here in the past and was not happy at all..This time it was completely different, all the staff was great VERY HAPPY WITH MY VISIT!!

Everything went well. The staff was efficient. It didn't take long.

Nice clean place. Great people , disappointed when told since we have insurance the promotional price does not apply to me. X rays were $442. And price of exam was over $100 more .

Great staff all around. They were amazing with my adult son who is autistic and intellectually disabled. The only issue I had was calling to get my son rescheduled for his procedure, left voicemails with no return call and no one would answer the phone. Finally a call center for them from another state was able to reschedule him. Other than that great service!

Started out kinda rocky - not their fault. My insurance went into effect on 7/1 so my appointment was scheduled for then. They weren’t able to verify my coverage so I had to reschedule. I went in the next week and had the X-rays and new patient services. I had been having issues with a back tooth that currently had a crown. He recommended to have it extracted. So today I went it to have it pulled. Several years ago I had a tooth pulled from another dentist and even though I was numb I could feel pressure and feel him pulling and twisting to remove the tooth- so that’s what I was expecting. So he gave me the shot to numb it and then he said he’s take the crown off first. I could feel him pulling the crown -it didn’t hurt just pressure. Then he said ok it’s out. Well I thought he meant the crown but he meant the tooth was out. I didn’t feel any tugging or pulling or any thing! I totally recommend Dr. Orlando 100%! They told me to take IBUPROFEN before the numbness wore off so I took a couple around 7 PM and it’s almost 10 and it feels good. I ate a frosty a little while ago and it’s all good! Sorry so long but he was awesome!

I’ve used Bright Now since I was a kid and I’m now in my mid 30s I got braces myself, and my teeth are still straight to this day, even without wearing my retainers when I got older, but do not recommend My son is getting his braces there now And I went to see Dr. Palma For an old jaw injury that happened 15 years ago and he made me feel very safe very welcomed very comfortable so did the staff Even though they were having kind of a bad day with machinery lol They still made sure people were taken care of! So thank you! Looking forward to my surgery and finally having relief

Went to get a tooth pulled, I was terrified as I’ve had bad experiences at other dentists before. This office made me feel comfortable & got it done very quickly which I appreciated. I also went during a free day bc I have no insurance. I appreciate them for doing that so much as dental work is expensive & I was dealing with that tooth for years. So glad it’s finally out of my face. Thank you!

Shannon was fantastic! She got me in to get my tooth fixed after I called the office in a panic. I had a cracked tooth and she took it upon herself to get me in asap after my primary dentist stopped accepting my insurance. I can’t thank her enough. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and job! She deserves a raise and recognition. Thank you Shannon for being fantastic!

Absolutely so much different than past. Mnimum waiting time. Veryefficient hygienist nice quick review by dentist no wait .. staff that greater me was polite answered all questions.. it’s like night and day there now.. Hope it lasts

It took a while to get back to see anyone from my original appointment time at 11 am. Everyone was pleasant. I only got a consolation and a separate appointment had to be set up. So, the doctor just drilled off the sharp pieces of my broken tooth until a month from now when I can see the surgeon.
