Very good job to the dentist. He drained my abscess and pulled two teeth. Yes the shots hurt but didn't feel anything else.

I had extensive dental work done by Derrick Silva, DDS at the Sandusky office. Dr. Silva and the staff made my trips enjoyable and I actually had fun at the dentist for the first time in 80 years. Carolyn Yensen

Dr. Vo is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. The staff was efficient , orderly, knowledgeable, friendly and created a smooth experience as I moved through my appointment in which I encountered several different personnel from check-in, z-rays, cleaning and scheduling and Everyone was Awesome!

They explained in detail s what was going on in my mouth. Gave me information I wasn't aware of. Very informative.

Wanda the hygienist cleaned my teeth and was so thorough, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great experience.

Everything was good when I went in there today. But I got told to leave bc my youngest was having a fit. I shut down. I wish people would understand. I don't have a babysitter for her she's autistic and doesn't understand everything just yet. The receptionist however was very apologetic to me about the situation. But my kids love them

I’ve been going here for 3 years. Customer service and dental work has always been great. It would be five stars, but they normally have long wait times due to staffing.

Exemplary service all around! From the appointment scheduling, to the office staff to the actual procedure. My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth extracted last week. Dr. Imaad Nouneh was wonderful and so was his helper. He was concerned for her comfort and expressed that a few times. And the whole procedure was over within 15 minutes.
Wonderful experience and I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Thanks for making this event stress free and wonderful! My daughter literally said, "I could get my wisdom teeth pulled every year it was that easy....." lol. Thankfully it was a one time deal! =)

The very rude comments on here are uncalled for, this place is CLEAN, the STAFF and DENTISTS are so kind. I posted REAL PHOTOS, if there is a long wait time GET OVER IT. I bet the folks complaining that they are not catered to RIGHT AWAY are the ones at Wal-Mart buying Thanksgiving supplies and are angry because the shelves are empty and the lines are long. I am going to pray for the staff having to put up with most of the folks that left nasty reviews SHAME ON YOU.

I was on time but it took 30 minutes before I was let in and another 10 minutes before someone started the cleaning.
While he was doing the cleaning he was talking to a couple of women who were in and out of the room. They were talking about things that had nothing to do with the cleaning. This seemed to be very unprofessional.
I was offered a flouride treatment by the person who brought me in but the guy who did the cleaning didn’t ask me if I actually wanted it until I was checking out. At that point, I declined.
On the positive side, he did a good job with the cleaning.

I was there October 23rd for a cleaning, Dr. Mensah not only did an amazing job on my cleaning but he also fit me in to do a filling! Him and his assistant Abigail were absolutely amazing! They answered all my questions and were very fun to be around! I highly recommend!

I chose a 3 due the office called and said they had a cancelation and asked if I could come in early. I said yes I would leave now and be there 1 hour early. I arrived 1 hour early, checked in did paper work went back to patient room to wait for the Dr. I waited 2 hours before the Dr. came to the room! No explanation for the wait. The dental procedure went great, and the staff was very good. I would recommend them as the work was good, but don't go in early or expect timely service.

Everyone I came into contact with was nice. Pat who did my Xrays is passionate about what she does and it shows. Took an hour to get me back however it was a same day appointment and new patient so I don't feel that was horrible.
