Bright Now Dental in Sanford is amazing! Dr. Pawlak was great and made everything really easy to understand. Liana, the ortho manager, is so kind and helpful—she really made the whole experience smooth. Everyone in the office is welcoming and friendly. I’m really glad I chose this place and would definitely recommend them!

Felt super welcomed as a first time customer. Terry at the front desk was easy to talk to a friendly, Dr. yuniesky Martinez explained everything they were doing an made me feel comfort especially for a person who gets a lot of anxiety in medical situations, Cathy an Adina which were assistance were also super friendly. Would highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Martinez is a very knowledgeable and great dentist. Joana is very helpful and accommodating. All in all very nice experience. Becky is very sweet and gentle with my son when he has his braces maintenance. Our family of 6 are now all patients at this practice

It was my first time visiting this office. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The staff was very knowledgeable and made sire i wad comfortable during my time there. The dental hygienist was nice and educated me on everything he was going and after explained the meaning of his medical jargon.

This group is amazing. My 89 year old mother needed a dental job. Not only were the teeth beautiful but they were so kind and patient with her. I highly recommend them.

I had an outstanding check up, Terry the front desk clerk was very personable and nice! Joanna gave me a free toothbrush lol. The electric kind of course. I would recommend going here because they pay attention to detail without all the salesy stuff.

Had my first appointment for treatment. They helped making the options easy and started the work right away. Staff was nice and not pushy.

Becky helped with my routine braces. By far my best experience she was kind, courteous and did not try and rush through the process removing my bands. Pleasant experience please keep her around! Thanks for the great work!

Becky went above and beyond with my braces! I literally trust her with my eyes closed!! She explained to me step by step what she was doing and was very funny also!! definitely recommend her!!

Jessica was great today

New patient. Waited 15 minutes after appointment with one to be called back. Catherine was excellent with x-rays. Waited 15 minutes to be seen by hygienist who was nice and efficient. Then waited 25 minutes to be seen by dentist who spent less than 5 minutes with me. Business manager talks down to you like your ignorant. Scheduling the reminders 2 cleanings a week apart was difficult. They have Saturday appointments but the hygienist doesn’t work Saturdays. Tried for Friday afternoons when I am off and they couldn’t find two appointments with in a week. Not the best experience but glad I at least have insurance.
