Joe is always so gentle, kind, and knowledgeable, which makes getting my teeth cleaned a pleasure! I also had the fortunate experience of checking in and out with Morgan, and was fantastic! Her demeanor and presence were so positive!

First visit. I was seen by Dr. Nguyen and all the pleasant and knowledgeable staff. A plan of treatment was formed. We start work on 2/21. Will keep you informed on progress.

The reception staff is so friendly, you’re greeted once you walk in the door, wait times are never a thing you’re always seen at your appointment time. I’ve been going here for years for my 6 month cleanings and Joe is the absolute best!

My experience was great! Dr. Nguyen was very nice, she listened to me then explained reasons for her decisions then allowed me to make my own decisions. Everyone was nice but I will say that the lady at the check can be a little upbeat.

This establishment is not my normal dental office but I went in with a dental emergency on Saturday, we came up with a plan and some pain management and was taken care of by Thursday. Dental work is not my favorite and both Dr Nguyen and the dental assistants took their time and made me comfortable. Dr Nguyen is one busy woman and makes it look easy! She is funny and kind, really enjoyed her. The real star of the show was Terri in the office, my insurance was a mess to get ahold of and she never skipped a beat, was kind and somehow was able to take care of me and 100 other things all at the same time. She was a true life saver! Thank you to all!

I’ve been going to the Sanford location since transferring from Carrollwood/ Tampa. Everyone is sooooooo nice and professional! I love the fact that the dentist and orthodontist are in the same office which minimizes delays in care when I need both on the same day! Although the Waterford lakes location was a lot closer for me, i genuinely do not mind the drive since I am use to the staff and they genuinely make sure you are well taken care of! I love them!
