Becky went above and beyond with my braces! I literally trust her with my eyes closed!! She explained to me step by step what she was doing and was very funny also!! definitely recommend her!!

Jessica was great today

New patient. Waited 15 minutes after appointment with one to be called back. Catherine was excellent with x-rays. Waited 15 minutes to be seen by hygienist who was nice and efficient. Then waited 25 minutes to be seen by dentist who spent less than 5 minutes with me. Business manager talks down to you like your ignorant. Scheduling the reminders 2 cleanings a week apart was difficult. They have Saturday appointments but the hygienist doesn’t work Saturdays. Tried for Friday afternoons when I am off and they couldn’t find two appointments with in a week. Not the best experience but glad I at least have insurance.

Dr. Martinez is a very knowledgeable and great dentist. Joana is very helpful and accommodating. All in all very nice experience. Becky is very sweet and gentle with my son when he has his braces maintenance. Our family of 6 are now all patients at this practice

I absolutely love coming to Bright Now Orthodontics. The entire team is great, but I have to highlight Jessica and Joanna—they are always so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make each visit smooth and comfortable, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. You can really tell they enjoy what they do and care about their patients. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality care and great people!

My mother had a very good experience at Bright Now in Sanford. Joanna was very patient in explaining what work needed to be done and why. Catherine and Dr Martinez were very professional and considerate during her procedure. All and all a five star experience.

They have always been friendly, my appointments are always on time and the staff are very efficient and helpful. Dr. Martinez and Joanna are excellent and Terry has been very helpful. I highly recommend their clinic for all your dental needs.

The Sanford staff is super friendly! Especially Terri, Adina, Joanna, and Dr. Martinez as well as the hygienists whose names I can’t remember. The wait times are superior and the level of attention and thoroughness they provide is top tier! Booking appointments is super easy too. The facility is nice! Modern and clean! I was sad when my last dentist retired and sold her practice but now I’m happy I found my new dental home at Bright Now!

Ms. Joanna and Ms. Terry was very helpful and very understanding. That's i am recommending any one who needs a very good dental this is the place.

I usually compare dentists to mechanics—you’re never sure what to expect—but that wasn’t the case here. I woke up with a cracked tooth, called at 8 a.m., and they got me in right away. The first nurse (wish I remembered her name) was kind and knowledgeable and advised me on what to do along with Joanne. Joanne, the MVP, helped guide me through the treatment plan and financing with along with Theresa. Dr. Martinez and Catharine did their thing and were great to deal with. I usually hate going to the dentist, but they made it a genuinely pleasant experience! I’d recommend 10/10

Jessica always takes very good care of her patients! I've been to several orthodontists in my lifetime and never felt as at ease as I do here. My daughter's service has been excellent thus far as well.

Place that feels like family. They truly care about your oral health. Very thorough. They’re all extremely educated effortlessly. Seems like second nature to them.
