Dental office is clean, fresh and pleasing. Equipment is modern and services are completed quickly. My teeth cleaning was the fastest and painless experience I've ever had. Great Job!!!

We are just traveling through the Seattle area. I developed a tooth ache and my daughter recommended calling them. They were able to get me in that day in Northgate. After the exam determined I needed an extraction they helped me find a surgeon that could see me within a couple of days. They were very helpful.

I'm disabled and have a service dog. Everyone was very accommodating and thoughtful. The office manager even said she would sit with Buster if I needed her to. By far the best treatment to a dental (and many other medical providers) office in decades!

Had the second of a series of procedures. The lobby staff is welcoming. The dentist and assistant worked well together. As pleasant as can be expected for a dentist visit.

THE FRONT DESK WAS WELCOMING AND MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. THE DENTIST I SAW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, AND MADE THE DECISION TO COME BACK AND GET MY WORK DONE A NO BRAINER. THIS OFFICE IS TOP NOTCH AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GET THEIR DENTAL WORK DONE!

As soon as i walked in and i was greeted from very friendly staff. The assistant that helped me was super professional and made me feel so comfortable. As i was waiting it was a pleasant atmosphere and i was acknowledged by a financial advisor to go over my expenses for my visit. The dentist i saw made me feel safe, comfortable and happy that i will be able to fix my smile, the Xray assistant was also so supportive and helpful made my visit anxiety free. This is my new dentist office and i will be recommending this dentist office to others.

They’re breaking in a new system, which I think will work out great in the long run, but was pretty slow on day one of it. Prevented a 5 star, but I’m sure it will end up great.

That said, my hygienist and the whole team were awesome.

I called for tooth pain and they scheduled me the next day to get it checked out. They offered several options for the following week to get the needed work done. Kind and compassionate about my mouth sensitivity and nervousness with dental issues.

My hygienist is very efficient, I get in and out quickly. But also very careful and check in with me to make sure I’m feeling OK And comfortable.

I highly recommend their service.

Got my teeth cleaned yesterday. Felt great. No problems, fast and friendly. I appreciate setting my every six month cleaning up every time.

Brooke, the receptionist, was very welcoming and friendly. Mimi, the technician, was very friendly and easy to talk with. Wonderful service!!

Dental care has been ok, but unable to get a hold of the Front Desk. I tried calling four times today. I have left a message on answering machine in the past and it’s been ignored. Why have a phone line if it doesn’t get answered?

It was my first time dealing with Bright now Dental I was really nervous because I was getting 4 teeth pulled and they made me feel comfortable and I really liked the dentist that pulled my teeth he was nice and patient with me. If I ever need dental work done that my regular dentist can’t do I will be sure to use Bright Now Dental again

When I was around 11 years old I went through some extensive dental procedures. For years after I dreaded going to the dentist. My last visit to Bright Dental Northgate was actually the best experience I have had in decades. Highly recommended.

Amazing !! I’m so happy with the treatment ,front desk , the staff where all so nice and caring.. I had been to another dentist in the past and they were unable to extract my tooth.. I can say with all confidence this oral surgeon is calm, knowledgeable, and believer or not. The whole procedure was painless. I was terrified after so many bad experiences at other places.. It definitely gave me confidence in professionalism again❤️🙏🏻 Thank you so much..

Good dentist but desk staff is not helpful. I feel they were very eager or happy to get the high value check from me but did not cooperate to make a call to the pharmacy when I requested right after an intense procedure.

I had a wonderful experience. My crown came off. I called. I got in the next day. Everybody was very nice. Very intelligent. Got me on my way and now I’m going to change and go with this new company Bright Now

Carrying a knowledgeable dentist for a tooth reconstruction & crown. The dentist and hygienist, both showed concern for my comfort and overall safety. The Work was well done and looks good.

I go to this dental office because of Mimi, their dental hygienist. She’s awesome! Excellent at her job, always asking if you’re doing okay, and making you laugh with her sense of humor. She is a true professional with outstanding chair-side manner. Highly recommend her.

I have a great hygienist at Bright Now, about it’s impossible to get an appointment at my preferred 6-month intervals. The office is booked 8-9 months out. Not enough staffing? Or a business choice?
