I enjoyed my visit, the staff made me feel welcomed.

Been coming for years now. Great team. At the front you are met with the kind Gigi who gets you situated. Followed their advice and my teeth have been great. Only one time have they had to send me home without doing my appointment because of complications with a previous patient , and it does feel bad but if I was that patient I wouldn’t want to have my appointment get cut if something came up during my visit that needed more attention. Great explanations of m everything and they recommend things but it has never felt pushy. Will keep coming back

I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist, but one thing I truly appreciate about this place is how friendly and welcoming the staff always is—especially Gigi, who greets everyone with a warm smile. I’ve been coming here for a long time and have consistently seen how kind, patient, and attentive she is with every patient, not just me.

Brightnow Dental in Simi is the best. I’ve been going here for years for all my dental needs. Gigi is amazing at the front desk too!

I wish I could give them 20 stars ! Dr. kakoli is the root canal KING!! He’s so gentle and patient . Sofia and Doris are very good at keeping you calm. They are great!

I just love the staff and dr here. Dr. P is so knowledgeable and takes the time needed to make you feel comfortable. GG is awesome and very helpful and pleasant.

The dentist was very nice and very thorough.

Friendly office. I was scheduled for xrays, exam and cleaning and in the process two cavities were found. Because it's necessary for me to have antibiotics for any dental work, the doctor, hygienist and assistant worked together to do all of the necessary procedures that afternoon. When the dentist gave the injections they were painfree and the hygienist had a soft touch which I really appreciated. I look forward to seeing them again next year.

Staff is great, waiting time is pretty bad, every visit i was quoted one price paid it and still recievd a bill, I had to find another dentist.

On time , kind, professional staff.

Had an appointment at 2:00 , was in the chair by 2:15 . Lexi did a amazing job cleaning my teeth and giving me suggestions to better cleaning methods.. I never felt rushed and everyone in the office is so pleasant and professional.. And my dentist is truly great , when it comes to any concerns or questions I had .. Never thought I would say this in 62 years , but I enjoy my Denist Visits …

My name is Ashraf Sheila Nami and I’m writing this review through my husband account since I don’t have a Google account. It was great, Dr. payman Kakoli was awesome, he explained my dental difficulties in a simple language and his honesty and truthfulness amazed me he was exact and to the point.
I should add that I was seeing a periodontist that they would charge me up to the neck at Bright now dental it was so reasonable. My over all experience will be a 5 ⭐️ for sure. Thank you bright now Dental and Dr. Kakoli.

What a great experience! We switched over from another dental office that we weren't satisfied with. This was a much better experience. The front desk staff, the hygienist and the dentist are all very friendly and accommodating. Dr Khalepari explains everything and does not pressure you to opt for expensive, unnecessary treatment. I'm so glad we found Bright Now.

Staff is very nice. The dentist was very knowledgeable and made me feel calm. But the wait is very long in and out of the chair. I left without getting a detailed bill or after care for two extractions. It cost 1500 dollars for two extractions. I may be looking for another dentist more reasonable is that's possible.

I spent several months running around like a chicken with their head cut off, trying to find a great dentist. I was having so many issues even though I have two different insurances. I needed a bridge to be dissected so I could do some extractions and I was having a very difficult time finding somebody to do this for me. I ended up coming into right now and found the most exceptional kind caring dentist. I explained to him that I have several conditions in which I have lost most of my teeth. I’m not A candidate for dental implants. He ended up calling the oral surgeon. I was working with an immediately dissected my bridge so I could go get the extractions done SAME DAY. I will be able to go get my partial made in a few weeks and I cannot think this dentist enough. The front desk was super nice everybody there was excellent and I highly recommend. I have no idea why there is low reviews other than people having a bad day I’ve found them to be completely upfront about the extended wait time I had no problem waiting because the service is excellent. I really appreciate this kind dentist. He took his time. He was gentle during the entire thing I did not even need to be numbed up

I have been coming to this Bright Now location for about 6 years now, and have always loved the staff, professionalism, and care to detail. Last Friday I found out my favorite dentist moved. I was bummed and skeptical of the new female dentist. Well, I was right she barely touched my mouth, and did her exam of my teeth just by looking at the X-rays! Strangest, unroutine dental visit, and short. Anyway, I left disappointed so much so I was looking into other dental offices. Well, today that was very quickly remedied by Dr. K! The new dentist at this location, with an amazing, positive attitude. He was very friendly, thorough, examined in detail all my issues, and quickly went to work. What a relief, I’m staying at the dental office. Thank you, Dr. K and staff!

Fantastic work! They’re very thorough with their x-rays and the cleaning was over before I knew it! Dr. K was straight to the point about my current issues and gave me the helpful knowledge I needed!

I had an extraction, bone graft and stitches last week. I didn’t feel the shot or any pain with the procedures and was fine later that night with just 1 Tylenol. Dr. Khalepari was gentle and has great chair side manner. I would highly recommend him. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by a cheerful Gigi you will have a positive experience.

I had an outstanding experience at the dental office. The service was excellent, with Alexis, the dental hygienist, doing an exceptional job thoroughly cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Gigi, the receptionist, was equally impressive, always courteous and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere from the moment I walked in.
