I just love the staff and dr here. Dr. P is so knowledgeable and takes the time needed to make you feel comfortable. GG is awesome and very helpful and pleasant. The staff are so great as well.

I had such an AMAZING experience at my dental visit! I have had trauma from
Past dental appts and I hate it. But today when I went in for my appointment GiGi made sure to reassure me that I was in great hands! She went out of her way to make sure I had extra numbing because I didn’t want to feel any pain. She even went to the room to check up on me. Had a little conversation about crocs to keep my mind off the procedure. Then Dr. Khalepari came in OMG best Dr ever!!!! He made sure I was well numbed gave me strong numbing. I literally felt 0 to NO PAIN AT ALL! Very gentle explained everything as he was doing my procedure.
Left my front teeth beautiful. I left the building being able to smile without feeling insecure. I can finally say I love my smile. And let’s not forget about Michael he’s funny and very attentive. My lashes are long so the cool shades I had to wear were bothering me. But he put a dental roll to lift them and bam they were no longer an issue. Made sure I wasn’t choking on water. He took great care of me. Honestly the best dental visit I’ve ever had! Amazing bed side manners and outstanding customer service. This teams deserve a HUGE shoutout! Thank you GiGi, Dr. Khalepari, and Michael for being there for me.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office From the moment I arrived, the environment was very welcoming and the staff was friendly and professional they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of at all times.
Dr. Khalepari is amazing very attentive, patient, and he explains every procedure clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and works with great care and dedication.
I would also like to highlight the manager, Alma, who was extremely kind and organized. She helped me throughout the entire process answered all my questions, my visit was as smooth and pleasant

I had such a great experience with the hygienist, Francis. He was incredibly kind, professional, and made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. Everything was done efficiently without ever feeling rushed, which I really appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I’d absolutely recommend seeing Francis if you’re looking for someone who does excellent work and makes you feel at ease.

If you’re looking for a new dentist in the simi valley look no further. The team here at bright now is professional and detail oriented to make your experience seem less. Had the best experience at this office. Yvette was so welcoming. She was really informative regarding my insurance. The doctor was also really friendly. But Yvette stood out because of her kindness!

i am writing this review with no intentions of returning but wanted to highlight the positive experience that i had at this office (with some minor exceptions).

dr. payam khalepari had AMAZING bed side manners. after years of having one awful dentist after another, it was very refreshing. i have intensive dental trauma among other things but to not be made to feel worse about my teeth felt great. the work i did have done here was quick and painless. the doctor was very attentive to my needs as his patient. and the front office staff i had the pleasure of meeting (alma and yvette) were very lovely and sweet as can be!

now for the minor exceptions to my positive experience which played very little in my decision not to return. it was mostly a price point difference. the cost of the treatment i needed done was well over 5 figures with no help from insurance and the credit application i was approved for did not cover half the cost of what i needed. i was offered an oral gel antibiotic which turns out i didn't need, and a deep cleaning versus a general cleaning which i also didn't need after getting a 2nd opinion.

my experience from what i heard is very common in these type of chain dental offices BUT with that being said, if you need general dental work done that insurance WILL cover, this is your place. however, if you need ANYTHING extra, this would not be the place.

Been coming for years now. Great team. At the front you are met with the kind Gigi who gets you situated. Followed their advice and my teeth have been great. Only one time have they had to send me home without doing my appointment because of complications with a previous patient , and it does feel bad but if I was that patient I wouldn’t want to have my appointment get cut if something came up during my visit that needed more attention. Great explanations of m everything and they recommend things but it has never felt pushy. Will keep coming back

I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist, but one thing I truly appreciate about this place is how friendly and welcoming the staff always is—especially Gigi, who greets everyone with a warm smile. I’ve been coming here for a long time and have consistently seen how kind, patient, and attentive she is with every patient, not just me.

The dentist was very nice and very thorough.

Friendly office. I was scheduled for xrays, exam and cleaning and in the process two cavities were found. Because it's necessary for me to have antibiotics for any dental work, the doctor, hygienist and assistant worked together to do all of the necessary procedures that afternoon. When the dentist gave the injections they were painfree and the hygienist had a soft touch which I really appreciated. I look forward to seeing them again next year.

Staff is great, waiting time is pretty bad, every visit i was quoted one price paid it and still recievd a bill, I had to find another dentist.

My name is Ashraf Sheila Nami and I’m writing this review through my husband account since I don’t have a Google account. It was great, Dr. payman Kakoli was awesome, he explained my dental difficulties in a simple language and his honesty and truthfulness amazed me he was exact and to the point.
I should add that I was seeing a periodontist that they would charge me up to the neck at Bright now dental it was so reasonable. My over all experience will be a 5 ⭐️ for sure. Thank you bright now Dental and Dr. Kakoli.

Had an appointment at 2:00 , was in the chair by 2:15 . Lexi did a amazing job cleaning my teeth and giving me suggestions to better cleaning methods.. I never felt rushed and everyone in the office is so pleasant and professional.. And my dentist is truly great , when it comes to any concerns or questions I had .. Never thought I would say this in 62 years , but I enjoy my Denist Visits …
