Since I switched to this dental care for my children, I have felt so good. From the customer service desk to the doctors, everyone is amazing and caring. I always look forward to visiting this place because they are incredibly professional in how they take care of their customers.

I am a new patient to Bright Now! Dental after a gap of over two years. Contrary to previous experience, this time, I found my PC dentist, receptionist and check out staff, friendly, attentive and taking care of me promptly. I am scheduled for my first teeth cleaning at BN!D Sterling next month.

They always make me smile! I am so pleased with the attention and detail I receive here! My hygienist is phenomenal too!!!

I dislike the ⚡ electronic tool used to clean your teeth. I know it's meant for good, but gee whiz!! Otherwise, I've been coming to this dental office for years. Wouldn't trade it at all for another. People are nice, congenial, and professional always.

In order to get my shot for osteoporosis, I needed a signed dental form by my dentist. I went in for my appt. With Dr. Nallavalli without realizing I also needed a dental cleaning. The hygienist was all booked that day, and I had to work the next day, and she was going on vacation the day after. Dr. Nallavalli saved the day for me by offering to do the cleaning. I am so grateful! I was able to get the shot on the scheduled day. Thank you Dr. Nallavalli!

I have been going to Bright Now dental for about 5 years and see Dr. Nallavalli. She’s the best dentist I have ever had, and I am pretty picky. She’s extremely competent, caring, and efficient. The rest of the team is good too. It’s nice to go somewhere that everyone like working there and works together well. My only complaint over the years has been the billing department. I’ve had several errors in billing that have required some additional attention and time on my end.

Dr Nallavalli is a kind and reassuring Dentist. A great team, the whole staff is as friendly as they are professional. From Roslyn’s greeting of “how can I make you smile today” to Rena’s gentle touch with dental procedures. The most relaxed you’ll ever be in a dentist chair

It seems ironic to post for a dental office but the staff is always wonderful and the doctors and practitioners are skilled. There is a wait beyond appointment times but they work hard to make that not happen.
