Everyone is very nice, I'm usually not a fan of the dentist at all, I get really bad anxiety. But I did ok, I need a lot of work done and I feel like this is going to be the place where I stop procrastinating and actually get it done.
The only negative thing is that when I went to my first appointment they told me what needled to be done on this appointment and gave me a price, I was ok with the cost. When I got there for the work I was told it was going to be more than 4x what I was quoted. They honored the original quote, but only did work on one of the two teeth I was there for and said that the second one would be at the higher cost. So, not a fan of that. But overall, I would still recommend this office, especially if you have a fear of the dentist. Everyone from the front desk, xray tech and the Dr are very nice and will put you at ease.

Everyone was very professional friendly and knowledgeable. my only disappointment was I needed to get another procedure at another location, I'm not used to that but I trust them. I will be back and I will recommend them

Great experience, at first I was scared but everyone who was part of the services I needed made me feel better and relieved my anxiety. Everything was explained in detail. Great staff, front desk, and Dr. Carolina. The x-ray tech was patient and described each step in detail. The dental assistant was also very helpful. Front desk receptionist very helpful. Lupe explained all my costs in detail and also offered financing. The office is organized, clean, and welcoming. Insurances are accepted, call to ask. I would recommend this office.

I'm happy to pursue my metal braces treatment through Bright Now Dental! I signed up with this dental company in March 2024 for braces consultation. I had to do dental cleaning before my braces consultation. That latter appointment came a few days after a mandatory dental cleaning appointment. I went with metal braces when I was offered a 24 to 30 month braces treatment plan with $1125 down payment & minimum $113 monthly payment from 2nd orthodontic appointment onwards. I did not qualify for Invisalign since my open bite was evaluated upon my guess as a moderate to severe one.

They saw me quick. Receptionists were kind and informative. Dentist was gentle and knowledgeable. Overall good experience.

UPDATE: Lupe is the office manager and is so professional and friendly. Such excellent service. Absolutely top-rate facility. My experience there was excellent. The staff is helpful, welcoming, accommodating, very knowledgeable and proficient. I was made to feel very comfortable. Also, something I really appreciated is that they were very forthright with me. I could tell they weren't trying to sell me anything or give me bad news so that I'd do a specific procedure (I had another facility do that to me, only to find out later it wasn't true). Finally, they had the latest technology to ensure quality service. I will definitely be going back again.

I love love loooooove this office so much. I live in west LA, and I still drive all the way to Sun Valley just for them. The girls at the front desk are amazing, the x-ray tech is amazing, the hygienist is amazing, and the doctor is incredible at what she does. She did my veneers, and they turned out way better than I even thought was possible. Everyone is very kind, attentive, and professional. Highly recommend!
