I have not been to a dentist in over 30 years because of a bad experience and these guys are amazing and very caring. I am so happy I found them.!!!

I have my periodontal cleanings done by Rosa at the Surprise location. She is very patient and conscientious and does an excellent and thorough job. She is also a nice person as are others I have interfaced with in the office.

BrightNow Dental in Surprise is outstanding!

Their entire staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely cares about their patients. I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 6 years, and they made me feel completely at ease. They found a few cavities and a root canal needed under an existing crown and when the pain got worse, they immediately made me a priority, rearranging my appointments and scheduling me with the Endodontist right away.

Everyone I’ve met there, from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel judged. I’m so thankful for the amazing staff at BrightNow Dental in Surprise and can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you Sally, CJ, Rosa, Dr Madril and staff!! 💙🦷

Exceeded my expectations with a dentist! I have extreme anxiety with any sort of doctor or medicine and with needles and they go above and beyond every time until we found the way that worked best with my anxiety. I had a lot of work that needed done and they have done more than any other dentist I’ve been too. (I’ve moved a lot so I’ve been to a lot and none have fixed the issues like they have). I won’t be going anywhere else! All the associates there are amazing I can’t give names for who’s better than who they’re all great!💖

Dr Madril did thorough exam and testing to get down to the root of the problem which was a root canal needed to be done. No pun intended! LOL! Everyone who works at the Surprise location goes the extra mile to accommodate their patients and help with the insurance details to make it as affordable as possible. I would highly recommend Bright Now for all your dental needs.

I had a pleasant experience here. The staff members from front desk, assistant to dentist were so friendly and honest. It was easy to make same-day appointment for emergency care. They honored my insurance to get me discount on non covered services. I felt I was really cared about.

I was very impressed right from the start. Very friendly & caring staff and I was so happy to have my issue taken care of right away. I’m never going anywhere else.

I used to have debilitating anxiety surrounding the dentist, but Rosa and Dr. Matthews have given me so much peace of mind. My teeth always feel clean and well cared for by this amazing staff. Seriously, don’t be scared, they’re great!

the staff is amazing! all very wonderful and friendly people! i have it 4 starts because my one wisdom tooth hurts so bad. i’m in so much pain. yet i have to wait a week (most likely more) to see the oral surgeon that will be able to take the tooth out. they pushed me to do all 4 but i can’t afford that. so 2 will have to do for now. i appreciate how friendly the staff was and comfortable they made me feel because i absolutely hate going to the dentist, but im in pain! i can’t wait this long.

I had an urgent situation early this morning, and Dr. Mathews and his team went above and beyond to assist me, even without an appointment. Their level of care, professionalism, and willingness to help in such a time-sensitive moment really impressed me. I truly appreciate their dedication and can’t recommend this dentist office enough.

Started bringing my teenager here about a month ago. She absolutely loved everyone here. She has issues with anxiety and they did an excellent job at keeping her calm. They would tell her what they were doing step by step and were so patient and supportive. Dr. Matthews was amazing. My daughter refers to him as the funny dentist. He made her feel at ease and got her to finally start caring about her teeth.

The staff are very personable and competent, and the office has a relaxed feel. Dr. Matthews has a gentle nature and carefully explains what work he plans to do and why it’s necessary. Likewise, Rosa the hygienist is gentle, methodical and thorough. The technology used (X-ray equipment, software, etc.) seems very modern and up-to-date. All in all an excellent dental office.
