I had the best experience starting at the front desk. The manager welcomed me as if she had known me before and handed me the new patient information packet. Then to the assistant taking x-rays, she was very kind and efficient and made conversation. To the doctor, she was so sweet and didn’t make me feel guilty about not having been to the dentist in sometime 🙈😅. To the assistant walking me out to schedule my next appointment she was very nice and made sure that I was scheduled for my next visit. Great experience all around and coming from someone who’s managed offices for years now this is exactly to to make sure each patient feels welcomed. Great job!

I have had difficulty with very crooked teeth since my teenage years. It's been an issue/battle that I was not going to win no matter how much I fought. I found this office in desperate need of help not judgment, I'm so happy to have found them. I would recommend anyone with a shy stance towards getting dental care to give them a call. I look forward to smiling and eating real food again and I confident I'm in good hands.

I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Tran, who recommended Reveal aligners to correct my misaligned upper and lower teeth. She developed a very effective protocol for my Reveal aligners and is always positive and encouraging at my check--ups. Her dental hygienist Rosa is thorough and caring; my teeth feel super clean when she is done! The staff is professional and pleasant, all in all a very favorable experience.

Due to prior bad experiences, when it comes to going to the dentist, I’m the biggest chicken ever!! I HATE the sound of that drill!!!! My fear of sitting in a dentist’s chair was real until I went to BrightNow Dental in Surprise, AZ. First of all, the front office staff which includes Brandy and Sally were simply phenomenal!! I was treated by these ladies with the utmost professionalism and respect. Next, my dental x-rays were performed by Essence and Mikala whom were extremely nice. When I met with Dr. Tran, she was so thorough and patient in explaining her assessment of my oral hygiene and her wellness plan for my dental maintenance. Lastly, due to “pockets” in my gums, my deep cleaning procedure was conducted by Rosa. I was blown away by her exemplary hygienist abilities in making sure that my gum issues would be resolved. During Rosa’s deep cleaning procedure, I NEVER experienced any pain…whew!! In summary, this dental office and its staff are squashing my fright of going to the dentist. For all of you folks out there that have real fears like me, I highly recommend BrightNow Dental in Surprise! You and your teeth will not be disappointed!!

By far the best dentist visit I've ever had. The 2 ladies where very patient with me and understood that I have dental anxiety. They extracted my tooth and I didn't feel anything.
