I needed to get in at a last minute appointment not only did they find time to be seen they extracted the teeth very professionally the young lady who helped me was awesome the doctor or should I say the dentist he was just incredibly smooth I want to thank you guys and if God is willing I'll have a new smile soon

Absolutely love my doctor! Dr. Nguyen is absolutely awesome!! I’ve had him for years and as far as dentistry he does everything. Does not send me up anywhere. Just had an implant and actually was quick and easy. Will not like to see the day when he retires.!!

I had a Maryland Bridge when I was 16 years old. The two teeth on either side of my front teeth were fake. The left tooth became loose after 40 years and had to be removed. Nobody does Maryland bridges anymore but Dr. Kespret did it and worked with me over the past month and did a beautiful job making sure I had the correct color and shape tooth and gave me a beautiful new tooth via Maryland Bridge!!! So happy!!! Thank you! And Ninaand lacey were amazing too! As well the front desk staff who I adore!!!!

They were on time with my appointment. I like this place because the hygienist takes the time to really clean your teeth. They don't hurt you like other places I've been to.

The staff at Bright Dental friendly kind and professional to their customers. They make you feel at ease before your procedure knowing a lot of people having anxiety when visiting the dental office. I cannot express the professionalism the kindness and the friendliness the person who conducted my teeth cleaning. This person really makes you feel comfortable and at ease sitting in the chair before she starts her procedure.

Every time I’m there, I’m greeted by the friendliest people then greeted and taken care of by an amazing dental staff. Dr. Nuygen is super quick and does an amazing job and Cami the dental hygienist is super sweet and great as well. All the dental assistants are kind and through on their job. I highly recommend coming to the Tacoma location by the mall

This was hands down one of the easiest, clearest, and most efficient dental/medical appointments my kids and I have ever experienced! They were new patients and it was all so effortless. They had real time insurance info, and even estimates for what we might need to pay out of pocket for future work if needed. The staff was also very friendly as well as knowledgeable. We will be back!

The dentist was nice although she mumbled when she talked, but she did a good job; however her assistant did not cement my temporary crown well so it fell off on the first day. I went back to have it re-cemented a day later and it fell off again on the second day. I have seven permanent crowns and four dental implants and this is the first time the temp crown fell. So for the third time, I will ask another dental assistant to help me.

I felt respected, heard and no pressure!!

The office was having some computer issues yesterday when I got there so I had to wait a little additional time before being seen, but everyone was very courteous and friendly. Once seen I had a bridge that was loose. They removed it, cleaned it, resealed it with a stronger compound and I was on my way. Overall a very good appointment.
