I was at Bright Now Dental yesterday on Waters Avenue. Everyone was very nice courteous and explained everything to Me with Procedures, prices and results. Dr. Maria Lamazares is friendly and explains everything thoroughly. The young lady that took the x-rays of my teeth is also very nice and cautious careful. The front desk girls are also courteous and friendly. My overall experience was good And satisfactory.

Well being called a mouth breather repeatedly by a dentist professional was defiantly not on my list to hear while at the dentist. I came in for X-rays and initial appointment because I have an abscess under a crown that has been causing me pain. I know I also have an over bite and I am not full confident in my smile and not having dental insurance already makes it hard to want to go to the dentist. I don’t think it’s appropriate especially as a Registered Nurse myself (out of work R/T to PTSD episode which is why I don’t have insurance) to be rude to other dental professionals in front of a patient as well. Nor repeadedly say someone’s a mouth breather while she’s looking at my mouth. It further the stigma around patients not wanting to receive treatment. The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because my entire experience with the dental assistant beforehand was amazing, she kept complimenting me, and made me feel very welcome. I am sorry I don’t remember your name but thank you for helping me receive my first appointment to the dentist in a while. 🩷

I love those women in there.....I keep the same assistances' and Dr almost every visit. That way I feel more comfortable opening up about any other issues besides my visit at the time. I have intensive dental work being performed on me almost every other week. I am no easy patient to work with....can actually be worst than an 8 year old's first time in a dental office. Yes, they put up with my grown butt! Thank u ladies & a Special Thaaaank u To my Dentist Dr. Maria Lazamares I love her!

The staff is always kind, sweet and
respectful. Plus, my hygienist, Gabriela, was very thorough, explained everything involved cleaning process, along the prices of each procedure. The staff & hygienists are always polite. They always provide me with a thorough explanation and breakdown of the cost of the procedure, along with making sure that I am always comfortable while they were getting things prepared for the cleaning process.

Everyone was nice and professional everything was explained. SANDRA is wonderful.

From a technical standpoint, it was one of the most complete and thorough dental exams I’ve had however this was my first time coming into this practice and I definitely didn’t feel a warm fuzzy welcome at all pretty cold and not welcoming. Also, I was handed Spanish paperwork to complete. I’m not Spanish and I did not like that. The people were speaking Spanish in the room. I didn’t understand what they were saying. I will continue coming here though.
