The dentist was amazing, conservative in his approach and overall just a warm person. The staff- also super friendly, amazing, personable and attentive. One of the better dental experiences (and sadly I’ve had many).

It’s been 8 yrs that I have not had proper deep scaling by a hygienist. Today Rene Gallindo a hygienist did a great job. He was professional, kind and very thorough.

I started coming here a year ago when my insurance changed. I like Dr. Hong but I will have to find a new dentist because this office is perpetually short staffed. I never once was able to have my 6-month cleaning by the hygienist and see the dentist in the same visit due to their staffing issues. Also, when I had to reschedule an appointment it was 6 months before they could see me. Thank goodness I didn’t have a dental emergency.

The experience was great! The doctor Elshafie really does a great job and his assistant esme were really helpful and attentive.

Esmeralda, Gabby, Lily & Dr. Elshafie did a great job with treating me and my son! Everything went smooth and fast. They all provided great customer service skills and explained everything thoroughly :)

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Dryden Granger today. He is an outstanding dentist calm, patient, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and even answered my questions beyond dentistry with genuine professionalism. The entire procedure was done quickly, skillfully, and completely pain-free. I truly appreciated how smooth everything went, including how well my insurance was handled.
The staff at his office were also exceptionally kind and welcoming, creating such a positive and comfortable atmosphere. I left feeling very well cared for and genuinely impressed by the high level of service and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Granger and his amazing team to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I’ve received the best service in this office. Every single person I’ve engaged with has been exceptional and you can tell it’s a culture. The dentist is wonderful. His assistant is just a gem and the girls in the front as well as the financial associate was just great. Bravo to you all. In this world today, it’s hard to find this type of consistent, outstanding service and professionalism. Appreciate it so much!!

Taylor is the most wonderful hygienist. Gentle yet thorough, she does not hesitate to give you an honest explanation of your oral hygiene and instructions to make it better. She truly cares about her patient’s health.

Hands down the BEST dental group anywhere! First is the convenience; you have the dentist, orthodontist, periodontist, pediatric dentist, all in one building. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Second, but perhaps most importantly is the fact that this is the ONLY place that has had the patience to work with my child who is on the spectrum and has serious sensory issues. In the past we tried several dentists and never made it past the hallway, and he would panic and so would the other dental offices! Here, they just took their time to build his trust and now he goes and receives all treatment with no problems! He was actually excited even though nervous to receive his braces last week. We have good dental coverage but have still found price differences depending on where we go, and I will say here everything has been surprisingly affordable and we are always pleasantly surprised when the services cost much less than we were expecting. My husband plans on switching to here as well now that he has seen how smoothly things run, how organized it is, and how we can receive all needed services in one place. His dentist just sent him elsewhere for a needed treatment. Here, he could've had it all done in one place! I HIGHLY recommend this office!

We like it here quite a bit. The entire staff (front desk, hygienists, and main doctors) is friendly and courteous from the moment we're greeted back in to an appointment, to the moment we make our way out of the door. Our family has used its dental services for the past 6 years and just recently our young daughter is now an orthodontics patient. The path the get the program started was quite clear and easy to navigate. I'm sending a special shout out to Veronica and Irma with the orthodontics team for providing amazing/excellent bedside manner. They comforted our little gal while getting new braces and spacers applied which allowed her to walk out quite happy after starting the program. Sending a sincere "thank you" for that.

Today was a deep cleaning. I was welcomed when I arrived (nice😀) filled out some paperwork. Had a short wait in the waiting room but enjoyed watching HGTV 👀. Got X-ray and good check up. Teeth and gums are good. Yay. I have been coming here for years and know I'm in good hands here. They have plenty parking easy to get too. My 20 mins is up and I can get something to drink. Water.
