I recently visited Bright Now Dental for a filling and to have a crown cemented, and Dr. Hong did an excellent job. The procedure was smooth, and I felt well taken care of throughout the appointment.

During the visit, the dental hygienist suggested a $125 laser treatment, which I decided to decline. There was a bit of pushback, and I was told I would need to return for my cleaning since it was close to their lunch break. While that was slightly inconvenient, the staff did process my DeltaCare USA HMO plan correctly and charged the proper rates, which I appreciated.

Overall, I’m happy with the dental work Dr. Hong performed and with the accurate handling of my insurance, though I wish the upselling and scheduling felt a bit more patient-friendly.

BRIGHT NOW is the BEST thing you can do for yourself!!! The CALMEST and most sterile dentists office I have EVER stepped into. I have PTSD from ALL prior history with dentists ruining my SMILE. From crowns put on incorrectly, or needing a root canal yet billing for it but not doing it, to drilling a tooth for the crown to fit, impacted gums, not using Novocaine correctly or enough, and doing the process incorrectly. BRIGHT NOW truly is on the OPPOSITE SPECTRUM of TOTAL GREATNESS. The most PHENOMENAL staff, it’s been a while since I have laughed so HARD in my life. Quick story. Mary is a part of the staff and that’s my obviously my name too. A fellow employee yells, ”Mary!! (states the task).” Mary (the staff member) and I look directly at each other confused and everyone goes silent. I reply, ”Which one?” Cackle even harder together. As well as the other four women behind the desk. Good times, ALWAYS. BRIGHT NOW has in house payment plans and it’s the BEST and MOST wonderful thing in any financial situation. As well as the needs of my mother, older sister, and I. Between my mom and I we need 3 teeth pulled on the uppers. Needing bone grafts after it’s pulled so there isn’t a hole between the sinuses and mouth. Something I NEVER knew about (learning something new everyday). It’s fascinating REALLY. BRIGHT NOW offers so much; X-rays (immediately on your first visit), teeth pulling, cleanings, root canals, crowns, and Orthodontics. I can get braces and clear aligners so I can have straighter teeth again due to wisdom teeth being impacted and ruining everything braces fixed & destroyed!!! Absolutely disgusted by Harry Hart in Hemet, DO NOT GO THERE unless you want your teeth destroyed. He is the reason why I’m having so many issues now and will need to get the upper tooth pulled, reconstruction, and permanents elsewhere. I STILL cannot believe I FINALLY convinced my mother and sister to go!!! The one and ONLY place y’all should EVER go for dental. In my mind y’all can relax and know YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. BEYOND HIGHLY RECOMMEND this phenomenal place!!! I prefer the one on 79 SOUTH in Temecula, CA; 2 doors down from Starbucks in the IN-N-OUT center because it’s more quiet. One of the BEST places you can go that can get EVERYTHING taken care of, it’s worth it to stay away from PAIN and INFECTIONS. I CANNOT WAIT TO SMILE AGAIN!!! 🤪

My hygienist was the very best! She was thorough, professional, informative, patient and kind. It was a great experience.

I had my first root canal yesterday. I rode the wave of no cavities, only wisdom teeth pulled back in my twenties all my life until a broken molar required a root canal and a crown. Boom!
The horror stories started racing through my brain about this particular procedure. This prompted my question to Dr. Hong, my first appointment with a new Dentist, about what I should expect. The very kind and gentle Dr. Hong replied in one word, " Boring" I repeated it just to get it right and he smiled and repeated. "Boring" He said since I had no pain there was a chance the roots could be dead, that would mean I would only need a crown. Encouraged, I said let's do it! Off we go! Two shots in the gum. I didn't feel it and in a few minutes didn't feel anything. I was lying back with two faces over me and alot of buzzing and suctioning and OH wait! what smelled like cauterizing Yes! the roots were very much alive and the root canal was in process. I still felt nothing from start to finish. No anxiety! No pain! Just two faces to look at.
About an hour start to finish. Yes! BORING! IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WAY !
Very slight swelling with a temporary crown . No problems! Thank You Dr. Hong and Your terrific assistant. It was a uniquely pleasant experience! I am extremely grateful!
I will return for my crown

I had a wonderful experience with my first dental appointment in years. I was nervous because I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a long time. Letty made me feel comfortable while assisting Dr. Hong and while taking X-rays. The hygienist, Renee, gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I got treatment done same day, and it went really well. Sonia, the office manager was really nice and thorough explaining my treatment plan. I’m looking forward to returning again. Thank you Dr. Hong and staff for helping me!

They saw me in a timely manner and were very patient and attentive. Dr Hong answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind about my situation. The receptionist and staff were all so very supportive and made steps to ensure they did not miss anything in my care , I felt like my well-being was their priority .

I’ve received the best service in this office. Every single person I’ve engaged with has been exceptional and you can tell it’s a culture. The dentist is wonderful. His assistant is just a gem and the girls in the front as well as the financial associate was just great. Bravo to you all. In this world today, it’s hard to find this type of consistent, outstanding service and professionalism. Appreciate it so much!!

Bathroom is 9 out of 10. Well lit, single room, paper towels, soap, purse hook, soap, good toilet paper, seat covers, water pressure is good, and clean. Even had febreeze!
Only down side is that there is no baby changing station.

The dentist was amazing, conservative in his approach and overall just a warm person. The staff- also super friendly, amazing, personable and attentive. One of the better dental experiences (and sadly I’ve had many).

It’s been 8 yrs that I have not had proper deep scaling by a hygienist. Today Rene Gallindo a hygienist did a great job. He was professional, kind and very thorough.

I started coming here a year ago when my insurance changed. I like Dr. Hong but I will have to find a new dentist because this office is perpetually short staffed. I never once was able to have my 6-month cleaning by the hygienist and see the dentist in the same visit due to their staffing issues. Also, when I had to reschedule an appointment it was 6 months before they could see me. Thank goodness I didn’t have a dental emergency.

The experience was great! The doctor Elshafie really does a great job and his assistant esme were really helpful and attentive.
