Had my dental appointment today and the staff was very efficient. I really appreciate when an office is prepared and ready for their patients. Also love how clean the office is, which feels even more important at a dental office.

I’ve received the best service in this office. Every single person I’ve engaged with has been exceptional and you can tell it’s a culture. The dentist is wonderful. His assistant is just a gem and the girls in the front as well as the financial associate was just great. Bravo to you all. In this world today, it’s hard to find this type of consistent, outstanding service and professionalism. Appreciate it so much!!

Taylor is the most wonderful hygienist. Gentle yet thorough, she does not hesitate to give you an honest explanation of your oral hygiene and instructions to make it better. She truly cares about her patient’s health.

Hands down the BEST dental group anywhere! First is the convenience; you have the dentist, orthodontist, periodontist, pediatric dentist, all in one building. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Second, but perhaps most importantly is the fact that this is the ONLY place that has had the patience to work with my child who is on the spectrum and has serious sensory issues. In the past we tried several dentists and never made it past the hallway, and he would panic and so would the other dental offices! Here, they just took their time to build his trust and now he goes and receives all treatment with no problems! He was actually excited even though nervous to receive his braces last week. We have good dental coverage but have still found price differences depending on where we go, and I will say here everything has been surprisingly affordable and we are always pleasantly surprised when the services cost much less than we were expecting. My husband plans on switching to here as well now that he has seen how smoothly things run, how organized it is, and how we can receive all needed services in one place. His dentist just sent him elsewhere for a needed treatment. Here, he could've had it all done in one place! I HIGHLY recommend this office!

We like it here quite a bit. The entire staff (front desk, hygienists, and main doctors) is friendly and courteous from the moment we're greeted back in to an appointment, to the moment we make our way out of the door. Our family has used its dental services for the past 6 years and just recently our young daughter is now an orthodontics patient. The path the get the program started was quite clear and easy to navigate. I'm sending a special shout out to Veronica and Irma with the orthodontics team for providing amazing/excellent bedside manner. They comforted our little gal while getting new braces and spacers applied which allowed her to walk out quite happy after starting the program. Sending a sincere "thank you" for that.

Today was a deep cleaning. I was welcomed when I arrived (nice😀) filled out some paperwork. Had a short wait in the waiting room but enjoyed watching HGTV 👀. Got X-ray and good check up. Teeth and gums are good. Yay. I have been coming here for years and know I'm in good hands here. They have plenty parking easy to get too. My 20 mins is up and I can get something to drink. Water.

Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist and dentist were Amazing. I hit a snag with insurance.And we were able to get it solved so I could be seen same day. I loved That they were not pushy or trying to sell unnecessary treatments. And the 80s music was a plus. I will be back.

The dental technicians and staff are so friendly and make you feel like you're not just a number. They make you feel comfortable and ease any tension. The dentist and orthodontist are very nice and also make you feel comfortable. They are patient and explain everything until you fully understand.

Amazing! Thanks to everyone there from the front desk staff to the gals doing x-rays to the dentist for helping me get my root canal approved and done! It took the dentist (cool, knowledgeable Vietnamese dude) about 15 minutes to drill through my bridge and tooth, do the root canal, and close that bad boy up! Wow is all I can say!!

Always fast, friendly and helpful

Highly recommend this place! I’ve been going here since 2007 and have always received the absolute best care and treatment from all of the staff. Not only does my dental hygienist, Taylor Lopez, do an extremely thorough job, but she also recommended that I speak to my primary about potentially having sleep apnea just by looking in my mouth and at my throat. Turns out, I did have severe sleep apnea and have since received treatment that has resulted in improvement in other areas of my health. She definitely went above and beyond with that! Dr. Hong always remembers me and is so friendly and thorough. This facility genuinely cares about their patients and not just money. I have nothing but positive things to say about all of them!

I've had a really great experience here so far. I had gone to a different Bright Now dental and they were a nightmare so I changed to this one and they really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and treated with care. Will definitely be staying with this dental office
