I had braces put on yesterday. I dont remember the lady's name, but she was very pleasant, and personable. It's refreshing to know their are still people that provide great customer service. Every staff member that I've had the pleasure of dealing with were very nice. Great energy goes a long way in a dental office.

Briana was the best! She made my 10 year old son feel so comfortable with getting a filling without being out to sleep.

So my original location I have been going to for over 10 years closed, no one informed me. I had an appointment set 3 months out from March. Then I get a text saying that I was passed due. I called then they informed me the location off 104th and federal was closed, which was very disappointing and upsetting. So I made an appointment at the 120th and Washington location. I got my teeth cleaned by a new dental hygienist. Her name is Francesca. She was amazing, kind, professional, very mindful of my comfort during the cleaning process. It was by far the best, fastest cleaning yet! Thank you Francesca for everything and making up for my appointment being 2 months passed due. I will be returning to get my regular cleanings from her. I recommend her to others as well.

They could have had us fill out the patient information on the tablet while we're waiting to be seen they waited till we got in the room and then we had to take 20 minutes to fill it out a bad case of bad case of logistics

Great office. Just hired a new hygienist, forgot her name but you could tell she takes her job seriously, very nice and detailed with her work. Wonderful experience

Bright Now in Thornton got me in quickly after experiencing a very painful toothache. Not only was the booking process easy, the staff all the way around the office were friendly and professional. After having to leave my dentist of 20+yrs due to insurance issues, I can confidently say that Bright Now lessen my anxiety of going somewhere new and now you are my new favorite dental office. Thanks for making a great first impression and having such a friendly and professional staff even with unforeseen scheduling issues they remained calm and collected. They really made this a “painless” process.

I have no idea how this location has less than five stars! They saved me from another location that turned my mouth into hamburger! They are 100% the most kind, most together office I’ve ever seen. Whoever the periodontist was (not the guys with longish hair who is bald on top and speaks with an accent) This Dr had short hair, was younger and of my Gosh my top half if my mouth can use the dentures. The other Dr at the other place has made my fear of the dentist so real I can’t imagine what I’m going to do considering I’ll need more work done. Crystal called my on q Friday’ to see how I’m doing. The other location did not. The nurses are absolutely amazing I love each and everyone there. Trust me, if it seems too far, it’s not. It’s worth all the effort and take these are the hero’s of today! I love them!
