I have been using Bright Now Dental at the Tracy branch for a few years now. I've been on and off with them just to check out how all these practices fair against each other. I am happy in my own opinion to say that the staff or the crew at BND are so so nice and easy to talk to. They listen to what you want done, and they don't try to sell or corner you to pay for anything that is not needed. I've had alot of work done to my teeth and I am really satisfied with their service and professionalism. Thanks!

Edit 2026: still doing amazing work, I got fillings and they made my teeth feel all natural with an even bite. Much better than other dentists that have previously flattened my teeth instead of reinstating the grooves and texture that natural teeth have.
They are more expensive than some other dentists but the work is high quality and super quick once they get you in the chair.

Great place, they answer all your questions and are patient. Really good customer service but really good dentists too. Very honest people and very direct which is what I like. Got a tooth extraction here and was told it would hurt, but the anesthetics were so good I didn’t feel pain and after the anesthetics wore off my mouth was not that sore either. It has made me less nervous to go to a dentist because in previous experiences I always felt it.
The price is also reasonable, financing is also available if you can’t put out upfront. I’m sure the rest of my family is going to be coming here from now on.

I liked the front ladies because they are very nice and knowledgeable about their jobs. However the Indian dentist is not very helpful or respectful and her voice tone was very rude. She needs to know that she has a job because we spend money . She needs to remember that we are not going there to listen to her bad voice tone or attitude.

My experience at Bright Now Dental was really good. My husband and I were both in a lot of pain, and when we called, they were able to book us an appointment the same day. The doctor took X-rays, explained the problem clearly, and was very understanding throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend Bright Now Dental.

I had the best customer service ever. There was an issues with my insurance company, but the Receptionist offer for me to pay for a checkup and X-rays , so that medication could provided until I get the matter with my insurance company straight. The fee was reasonable and doable. I was so relieved because I had been in major pain for a month and this office had a quick appointment, which other dental offices were so not accommodating. I had one dental office, totally ignored me when I stated I didn’t have an appointment, but wanted to make one. Nevertheless, This office was clean, quiet, neat, professional, respectful and empathetic. Best dental visit in a long time.

The staff were very friendly & kind, so patient with my husband who is elderly. The dentist was very kind and compassion. She also explained things very. Also they were all concerned with giving him the best care and treatment. They didn’t try to push unnecessary treatments or services for him. It was incredible how much of a huge difference in pricing and cost from other network dentist. Tracy Smiles was triple the cost, even what they claimed was covered by insurance

I have been a patient of this dental office for 5 months now. I want to share my amazing experience. Nov 2023, my #9 central incisors 🦷 fractured in which is an emergency consultation. When I went in, they did their tooth assessment, but unfortunately, it was repairable and I need implants. I asked if they could temporarily fix it while waiting for my flipper and because my parents are coming here for holiday for the first time and I will be hosting the 50th birthday of my colleague. My tears rolled along my face, knowing I would be toothless.
But Laura Valadez (Dental assistant) saved me not once but twice.
She finds ways and tries to put it back temporarily and with the Doctor’s collaboration and supervision. She was able to put back my temporary crown while waiting for my flipper to be available for 10 business days. I enjoyed my holidays, my parents' time and our vacation without toothless.
Fast-forward, after 4 months, I was getting excited with implants and my flipper broke, and I had my impression measured, and I told her I needed to wait for my implant to put them in, so I could have my front #8 central incisor changed in preparation for my kids' graduation and Japan trip.
I have to wait for 3 weeks for my implant and no flipper to use again. She helped me process the same with my #8 and #9, so I can save time and can have great teeth together.
Not just that, i had two temporary teeth while waiting for 3 weeks and this is the second time that she used her skills, knowledge and
And expertise to have a great smile while waiting.
Laura loves her job. She worked for 30 years in this career. They called her color expert in the office due to their expertise in choosing the best color to match with the patient's teeth, but for me, she was my angel. I will never forget the experiences and help she made. She radiates genuine kindness, Laura melted away my anxiousness about not having a front tooth for 3 weeks, her magic with skillful hands leaving with a brighter smile and a lighter heart.

I’m very new to BrightNow in Tracy California yet I was very impressed about their services. Quick service and moderate fee. They got my insurance covering for the cost and gave extra discount for being a Teamsters Union member. I highly recommend them.
