Love this location! Everything from the BusOps front desk, to the Dental Assistants, the Hygienist, and the Dentist. I switched to this place after having a less than desirable experience with the Northgate Location...I was just doing a filling replacement(from broken mercury filling to a porcelain filling - yeah, don't use a filled tooth area to chew on rocks...aka corn nuts).

The northgate location ended up making me replace the broken filling with a crown - yeah, my fault from making excuses and taking too long to go in. So yeah, I probably needed it - so not saying this was bad advice, the dentist obviously is going to know better than I would. However the crown job was something out of a bad ambien dream(or at least what I think one would be lol) and done soooo uncomfortably, like chewing rocks all over again, oof! Then, as a glutton for pain, I went back to northgate and let them try "fixing" it... also probably my fault lol. Needless to say, they didn't do a good job with that either obviously because I have had problems with it since. So naturally, I did not want them to have anything to do with another "fix" (frusterating because I obviously don't want to sell a kidney to have to pay out of pocket for another dental adventure lol its really not that unaffordable, no kidneys being sold).

This is when I switched to the tukwila location and they immediately could tell it needed readjusting. I have had great experiences with them, and although I haven't had them fix the crown yet, I trust they will do a good job and it will be more like the sound of music and less like the sounds of nails on a chalkboard.

I recommend the Tukwila location!

I haven't had a positive dentist appointment in years, and have been afraid to go to the dentist because of how rough they are and how insecure they cause me to feel about my teeth. Yet here I had the most uplifting experience in my entire life. Everything from the moment they scanned my teeth to the moment I walked out I hadn't felt like my teeth were in better care, and while I left with a bit of a sore mouth, I felt much more confident and willing to really invest effort into maintaining my teeth! The staff here are amazingly efficient and kind, and they have left a lasting impression on me!

The whole staff was so kind, the gal that directly got me checked in and going for my surgery consult and surgery same day was amazing. I mentioned I was in pain and they all took it from there, even though the surgeon was on a short timeline, they made sure to get my procedure done quick and with care. I am very appreciative for the whole team!
