Satisfactory satisfied though there was an issue at first regarding my appointment. The office staff was able to resolve the issue.

I had a positive experience here. It was two root canals that I had done and it was super quick and painless. I saw this Bright Now didn’t get that great of reviews (I forgot which site I saw this on, I think Google) but I just wanted to leave a good review because I didn’t have any problems. The dentist sounded like he was from Germany (I’m not 100% sure because I’m uncultured) and I enjoyed listening to his accent. So that was nice.

I love going there and always meet friendly doctors but that guy wasn’t friendly at all and seem like he doesn’t care about patients he did a great job getting the tooth out but he was not a nice person . No one likes to go to dentist which is why its better to have the one who will always explain to you every move instead of having those start poking in your mouth without carrying or let you know . The assistant was the one who told me I was done by the time I open my eyes he was already long gone . On the other room chatting with his coworker . It’s like he couldn’t wait to finish to go charge . My teeth are killing me because and it has been a while . I feel like he putted the needle places that are unnecessary That’s why my neck and that whole side of face is killing me .still love bright now dantal to me it’s the best

Dr. Ashour and his assistant, Sheila, are the best. Kind, professional, caring, informative and thorough in their explanations of the procedures, results and possible reactions. Great job.

Great place and great staff! At first, I was a little hesitant about going to a new dentist however my experience was awesome. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have healthy dental.

Very nice office stuff and doctors. They do their best to get you scheduled as quickly as possible though they tend to be booked up. But they will work with you to try to get you in earlier based on appointment cancellations.

Great service and there is never a long wait!

The service rendered to me and my family has been amazing. However, recently our two appointments has not been on point and off. We get a reminder text for the date and time., of course I confirmed by replying “C”. When we arrived at our appointment, we were told they had us at a different time and we would need to reschedule. This happened twice and it’s not a good feeling when we’ve already taken a day off from work and my kiddos out of school. When the table was turned when their providers was out without any communication, we showed up and was given the new, what could we have done except to turn around. The result, I think we have been a patient there for an along time, and both TIMES, they did squeezed us in. We are going to ask the staff to hand write every appointment card and saved all the text reminders.

Everybody was so nice, and Teresa made me feel relaxed and comfortable which isnt easy because going to the dentist is not my favorite thing. I will be back!

Kasterina, the doctors, and all staff are absolutely wonderful. I have been coming to this branch since 2019 and it’s been great. I have a horrible case of dental anxiety, the staff is super understanding and welcoming of my situation, taking the time to understand my (unfortunate) specific needs. Thank you team!
