I've been going to Bright Now Dental in Upland for probably 10 yrs now. I'm always happy with this place, however my recent visit (service wise) was horrible. The lady that did my cleaning was SOOO rough and sloppy. Water sprayed ALL over my face, she burned my gums and inside of my lips with the tooth buffer tool. THEN practically ripped my gums to pieces when she glossed my teeth. I don't remember her name (black lady w/ braids). She was super friendly, informative and nice but I've never had such a painful experience before. My gums are still sore and after a cleaning that never happens.

I was really looking forward to my visit here. It’s a nice big facility and clean. The dentist not terribly compassionate. Basically, I was told very bad news and when I said I can’t afford to do that type of work right now, I was told that he didn’t concern himself with those kind of things and I understand that. I just didn’t feel like they made an effort to make you feel very comfortable.
I won’t go back again .

Nice staff, needed to re counsel with dentist to discuss a 2nd opinion from another dentist and I felt it was received. Only hiccup was, I was trying to call before my appointment but couldn't reach anyone because they didn't answer their phone until after opening at 10.

1st visit, Office very clean and orderly, staff very polite. Appointment Time vs being actually serviced, needs improvement. Overall experience, pretty good.

Made an appointment and followed through on the same day. No serious pain with a root canal. Highly recommended.

I'm happy and feel comfortable with this office of Bright Dental Now, everyone is professional and attentive. Dr. Kim is very careful, his hand is very soft, very careful with the anesthesia he just give you enough for the treatment. I like that.
Today I went for a cleaning and The Dr. Kim is always nice and careful.

Based on my past dental experiences, I have a strong distrust of dentists... I had become used to dishonest practices, overcharging, pressure tactics, not to mention bad service. I expected no better but so far Bright Now in Upland has surprised me at every turn. They easily got me in quickly (same day!) for an urgent situation and have provided excellent care. The office staff have been so helpful and friendly to work with. Their pricing is also reasonable, my out of pocket costs were much less than I had expected, turns out my last dentist office was WAY overcharging for the same services. Honestly, I did not expect such a great experience from a chain dental office, but I was wrong - Bright Now Upland has been great!

The office is very clean and sanitary. The staff is very professional and friendly. I was very nervous and everyone was very understanding. I will continue to go to the Upland office.

Everything was very clean. Everyone was very kind and efficient. There was not a lot of wait time.
Their equipment was state-of-the-art. The doctor and technicians were very knowledgeable and thorough. I would certainly recommend them.

I been going to Newport Dental and now Bright Now Dental for along time, Marie and office personal are very nice and very helpful I would recommend this plan for your dental service
