On time and efficient

The office is very clean and sanitary. The staff is very professional and friendly. I was very nervous and everyone was very understanding. I will continue to go to the Upland office.

Based on my past dental experiences, I have a strong distrust of dentists... I had become used to dishonest practices, overcharging, pressure tactics, not to mention bad service. I expected no better but so far Bright Now in Upland has surprised me at every turn. They easily got me in quickly (same day!) for an urgent situation and have provided excellent care. The office staff have been so helpful and friendly to work with. Their pricing is also reasonable, my out of pocket costs were much less than I had expected, turns out my last dentist office was WAY overcharging for the same services. Honestly, I did not expect such a great experience from a chain dental office, but I was wrong - Bright Now Upland has been great!

I've been going to Bright Now Dental in Upland for probably 10 yrs now. I'm always happy with this place, however my recent visit (service wise) was horrible. The lady that did my cleaning was SOOO rough and sloppy. Water sprayed ALL over my face, she burned my gums and inside of my lips with the tooth buffer tool. THEN practically ripped my gums to pieces when she glossed my teeth. I don't remember her name (black lady w/ braids). She was super friendly, informative and nice but I've never had such a painful experience before. My gums are still sore and after a cleaning that never happens.

I'm happy and feel comfortable with this office of Bright Dental Now, everyone is professional and attentive. Dr. Kim is very careful, his hand is very soft, very careful with the anesthesia he just give you enough for the treatment. I like that. Today I went for a cleaning and The Dr. Kim is always nice and careful.

I had so much work done lily was amazing on taking my X-rays and Mary was very helpful as well making sure I was ok and the dentist he took X-ray to make sure my root canal was done he gave me glasses to the light wouldn’t bother my eyes this location and staff was truly amazing and I believe did your job and even went above and beyond thank you very much

I’ve been here more than once. This place is amazing the doctor who performed my oral surgery was absolutely the best! I didn’t feel a thing. Even the next day, I thought I was going to be sore and no soreness. I will be definitely going back if I need to. Thank you guys!! 😊

The Dr is very personal and well answer your questions. the staff is very nice and personal.I been going for year's, I fell respected and I know they are truchfull.

I used to go to the Bright Now in L.A. until I moved to Ontario. I was so pleased to find that the great customer service, the welcoming atmosphere and the highly professional sraff were the same in both offices! Dr. Kim is the first dentist I've ever had who could give injections (yikes!) painlessly!! Wow, the hard part is over!! On to clean, healthy long lasting teeth!

Great Dentist, he knows what he is doing. And, the receptionist really nice. I really recommend him.

Was a very pleasant experiment meening I've been to other dentist in the past but this dentist was different from others The staff was very nice and courteous they explained all procedures being performed in detail would refer anyone to them for treatment
