I was extremely impressed by the capability and interactions between of all of the team members. They made me feel very comfortable, taking care to place a pillow under my head, providing warm blankets, etc. and kept me appraised of the process. Most important, the office uses the most modern of technology. The dentist was most capable, providing newer options to my dental problems, and his work was almost painless.

Carie, was great. First time, thorough, painless, nice conversation!!! Dr Jeff is always good to see and chat with.

Grea4 experiences!

We recently changed dental office (insurance) and so far between two of us everything has been smooth sailing. Everyone is friendly at the front desk, paperwork is ready and you know what to expect (codes are provided) and everything has been crystal clear. No complaints and looking for to next visit!

Great place staff is so polite they make you feel like a person.

Got my Wisdom teeth removed, i didnt get the amount of comunication from the doctor that i thought i would get. Kinda just went right in to business without discussing the process that they will be doing and the recover after. Also didn't tell me that i would not be needing stiches and the reason why. They released me when I was still in anesthesia, don't remember anything such as getting out of the dental and into my car. Became really car sick after and vomited twice, they should have let me wake up a bit before releasing me.

Me and my husband have been a patient with bright now dental in salmon creek location for 20 yrs. My whole package experienced was excellent. Whole staff, equipment & services are awesome. I would highly recommend to my family and friends in this location. My overall ex ray check up & periodontal cleaning was great. I like my new hygienist. She is very gentle and kind. She did great job deep cleaning my teeth. Thank you

bright now got me a timely appointment and fixed my emergency dental issue same day, diagnosis and care was excellent

They were quick to get me in and they addressed all my concerns and didn’t try to put me off. I have been going here for years and Dr Pearson has been amazing. He’s even taken time to fix problems caused by other Dentist. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I recently took my 86-year-old mother-in-law, who has dementia, to Bright Now! Dental visits can be very difficult and overwhelming for her, and we were honestly nervous about how it would go.

The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding from the moment we walked in. They treated her with dignity and compassion, took their time, and never rushed her. Even though she found parts of the experience upsetting (which is common for her), the team truly went above and beyond to help her feel as comfortable and safe as possible.

It means so much to our family to find healthcare professionals who show that level of empathy and care. We are very grateful for their professionalism and heart. Highly recommend.

Very gentle and friendly

After years at Bright Now Salmon Creek I was introduced to new to me hygenist and on staff dentist. It went very well and I had an excellent experience with cleaning and prep for a crown. I know now I can trust all of the excellent staff and look forward to being their client for many more years!

Absolutely can thank them enough. Took care of an emergency tooth extraction more than promptly. Saved my butt. Works with my union insurance better than I could imagine. Not that I like going to the dentist but they make it easy and bearable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Although I wasn't excited about getting a deep cleaning, the experience was just fine and I'm glad to get it done. Thank you!
