bright now got me a timely appointment and fixed my emergency dental issue same day, diagnosis and care was excellent

They were quick to get me in and they addressed all my concerns and didn’t try to put me off. I have been going here for years and Dr Pearson has been amazing. He’s even taken time to fix problems caused by other Dentist. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Dr Pearson and his staff are so compassionate and professional. They are gentle, kind and thorough. My smile is better because of their care.

I recently took my 86-year-old mother-in-law, who has dementia, to Bright Now! Dental visits can be very difficult and overwhelming for her, and we were honestly nervous about how it would go.

The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding from the moment we walked in. They treated her with dignity and compassion, took their time, and never rushed her. Even though she found parts of the experience upsetting (which is common for her), the team truly went above and beyond to help her feel as comfortable and safe as possible.

It means so much to our family to find healthcare professionals who show that level of empathy and care. We are very grateful for their professionalism and heart. Highly recommend.

After years at Bright Now Salmon Creek I was introduced to new to me hygenist and on staff dentist. It went very well and I had an excellent experience with cleaning and prep for a crown. I know now I can trust all of the excellent staff and look forward to being their client for many more years!

Absolutely can thank them enough. Took care of an emergency tooth extraction more than promptly. Saved my butt. Works with my union insurance better than I could imagine. Not that I like going to the dentist but they make it easy and bearable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Although I wasn't excited about getting a deep cleaning, the experience was just fine and I'm glad to get it done. Thank you!

Carrie is a great hygienist. She really does a great cleaning and she has a wonderful personality.

Very capable and friendly staff

First of all, the reception staff was very friendly and helpful!
The assistant that took my x-rays and applied the fluoride treatment was excellent as well! Carrie, the dental hygienist did the best job of cleaning my teeth that I have ever experienced in all my years of going to the dentist! That woman is thorough! The dentist that I saw, Doctor Young, was very nice and took the time to explain what some of the x-rays where showing, and asked me if I had any further questions. All in all I had an excellent experience at Bright Now! Dental.

Today was my first Orthodontic appointment . I had an excellent experience, especially since I had concerns after reading the consent form stating the possible complications with the alignment process. I explained my concerns to Valerie and she took the time to answer my questions. She gave me a better understanding of the processes involved before I signed the consent form. During my initial visit Valerie was very personable and professional as she explained each part of the Xray and digital Impressions process. I'm very happy with the care I have received at BrightNow Dental 😁
Next appt is in July to begin using my Invisalign braces 😄 I will review again at that time.

Completed my teeth cleaning check up and fluoride treatment today. This is the first appointment I've had with my Medicare Advantage United Healthcare insurance coverage. The cost was completely covered. Carrie, my hygienist did her usual outstanding job cleaning my teeth! Dr Pearson, in his usual wonderfully kind and professional way, checked my teeth and said they look great! BrightNow Dental in Salmon Creek Washington continues to be the best dental care establishment for my needs!
SIDE NOTE: My husband has also been a patient at BrightNow Dental for many years. He has major dental issues which run in his side of the family. He has had excellent results with, root canals, crowns, bridges, and fillings!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience here, and we’re talking about a trip to the dentist!😆

I hadn't been to a dentist is many many years. I had a terrible experience with my last dentist and never went back. I ended up with an infection and finally had to get over my fear and go. Everyone at this office has been kind and never made me feel dumb. Dr. Pearson explains every step and made me feel really comfortable. I've been back for several more appointments over the last year to work on getting my teeth & gums healthy again. I'd definitely recommend them.
