Nice Staff! Clearly explained in detail what needed to be done and I was able to make an appointment 3 days later on a day I already had off to fix my hurt tooth!

I was given prompt, courteous attention. I always enjoy going in for teeth cleaning and checkups because the personnel are friendly.

Hygienist was very good. The doctor's follow up was very caring. Both took extra steps for my concerns.

They made me feel very comfortable, taking care to place a pillow under my head, providing warm blankets, etc. and kept me appraised of the process. Most important, the office uses the most modern of technology. The dentist was most capable, providing newer options to my dental problems, and his work was almost painless.

I had my teeth cleaned by their new hygienist, Vivian. She was wonderful! I really like Dr Pearson as well.

I know I’m weird. I love going to the dentist. And I really love Bright Now and Dr. Pearson. Just had my check up and again had a really good experience!! Thank you Bright Now!!

After zero resolution from the Fishers Landing location the Salmon Creek location has been amazing, punctual, peofessional, and courteous. Highly recommend Salmon Creek or Greshhan locations.

Always a good experience

I had a great experience at Bright Now Dental. I had a root canal done elsewhere and the crown came loose. I searched for dental offices that could get me in quickly because my dentist was booked out. I chose Bright Now because my parents recommended them and they got me in quickly.

When I first arrived at the office, there was a misunderstanding and the front desk had me down as an exam and teeth cleaning w/xrays. The front desk couldn’t promise they could attach my crown that day, but once I told the hygienist, Tanya, what I had come in for, she immediately adjusted my plan, communicated the adjustment to Dr. Xinyuan Ma, and began preparing to attach my crown.

My crown was made with a material that Bright Now doesn’t use, so they had to use an adhesive material they don’t typically work with and work more quickly. Dr. Ma and Tanya worked together quickly and thoroughly to give me a great result! I’m really glad I chose Bright Now!

I've been coming to Bright Now dental for 18 yrs, always on time, caring and affordable,, my hygienist Carrie always pleasant and makes sure I'm comfortable, Dr Pearson very thorough with examinations and dental work, The whole dental staff very pleasant.

First of all, the reception staff was very friendly and helpful!
The assistant that took my x-rays and applied the fluoride treatment was excellent as well! Carrie, the dental hygienist did the best job of cleaning my teeth that I have ever experienced in all my years of going to the dentist! That woman is thorough! The dentist that I saw, Doctor Young, was very nice and took the time to explain what some of the x-rays where showing, and asked me if I had any further questions. All in all I had an excellent experience at Bright Now! Dental.

Today was my first Orthodontic appointment . I had an excellent experience, especially since I had concerns after reading the consent form stating the possible complications with the alignment process. I explained my concerns to Valerie and she took the time to answer my questions. She gave me a better understanding of the processes involved before I signed the consent form. During my initial visit Valerie was very personable and professional as she explained each part of the Xray and digital Impressions process. I'm very happy with the care I have received at BrightNow Dental 😁
Next appt is in July to begin using my Invisalign braces 😄 I will review again at that time.

Completed my teeth cleaning check up and fluoride treatment today. This is the first appointment I've had with my Medicare Advantage United Healthcare insurance coverage. The cost was completely covered. Carrie, my hygienist did her usual outstanding job cleaning my teeth! Dr Pearson, in his usual wonderfully kind and professional way, checked my teeth and said they look great! BrightNow Dental in Salmon Creek Washington continues to be the best dental care establishment for my needs!
SIDE NOTE: My husband has also been a patient at BrightNow Dental for many years. He has major dental issues which run in his side of the family. He has had excellent results with, root canals, crowns, bridges, and fillings!

REVIEW UPDATE JULY 6, 2026. I had my 6-month follow-up for cleaning and x-rays on July 2nd. As usual, Carrie did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth! Dr Pearson is always so pleasant as he checks my teeth afterwards along with the oral check for any abnormalities of the tongue... the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful as well! All in all another great experience at Bright Now Dental! >^.^<

I came for my first appointment as a new patient after my insurance changed and everyone was so nice. Tatyana was so great and helpful, and usually when I get x-rays I have a hard time but she was so supportive and kind! She also gave great tips and advice for my sensitive teeth. Definitely my favorite health appointment, doctor and dentist combined.
