Very professional. All staff members made my visit pleasant. Very comprehensive

Staff is always friendly and attentive. Ease of making appointments and short wait times. Very comfortable atmosphere. My only suggestion is that when a client comes in and needs to obtain dentures, that EVERYTHING is discussed. Cost of "both" temporary and permanent dentures, any extractions, any bone grafting, the life-time of adjustments for duration of having dentures (without limit) from your facility. All financials gone over, explained and copies of all provided for future reference. Should be noted on paperwork what is included in the package and what is not. Also, claims sent to Insurance (s) and amounts applied. Basically keeping the patient up-to-date with everything from first consult on.

I posted a similar comment 6 months ago but felt compelled to again express my PRAISE for Marcello! He is your secret sauce this office needed. He has single-handedly changed my impression of this location. Prior to him the service was unpredictable- now…. It’s a pleasure to visit the dentist office. So professional, kind, explains everything, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Wow!! Thank you Marcello and the Bright Now! Team!

Dr. Alexander Duque.. He is Awesome yesterday I had four Front Teeth prepared for Crown's.. I'm so happy with my Dentist pain Free Dental work and his Staff never left my side !! I also had my teeth cleaned by Marcello The Best cleaning ever Thank You!! Bright Now Dental ....The Office staff are also Caring and Professional and kind!!! I couldn't be Happier 🩷. Never had a more pleasant cleaning experience before in my life. Once you have your teeth cleaned and examined by Marcelo you will refuse to do treatment with anyone else. Painless, didn’t feel a thing. I cannot compliment his services enough. It truly is night and day comparison with all the other cleanings I’ve gad in my entire life. If Marcelo only has availability once every solar eclipse then I will wait for the next eclipse to get another cleaning ( even tho he wouldn’t recommend it). Beyond superb service.

Marcello at Bright now was very good. Last year the hygienist at Bright now in WG was telling me how sick she was moments before putting her hands in my mouth!! I was stunned thinking does she have any common sense to tell me that? I would have left but that was only appt for awhile. This time Marcello was great I will be back because of his professionalism.

I had The most painless wisdom tooth extraction ever! And the procedure was done in less than an hour! The staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly Recommend Bright Now Dental in Winter Garden, to anyone that is looking for a dentist.

Everything went smoothly Everyone was so nice The dentist walked me through each step during the extraction which was very helpful it took me from focusing on what was going on too what she was saying.

We’ve been Bright dental patients for a long time. My 2 sons had braces and now their teeth are perfect. I openly recommend The orthodontist Richard Gill, DMD He is the BEST doctor we’ve ever had.

Marcello is the best I've ever met. He explained very clearly, operated very gently, vacuumed water timely, no pain, no any uncomfortable.

I wanted to use this review to absolutely RAVE about Marcelo! He is INCREDIBLE and this location is so lucky to have him! I highly recommend that you request him as a hygienist. He was so incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgable. It is evident that he truly cares for his patients. Also, he was so gentle and continued to check-in throughout the process. Not to mention, my teeth looked amazing after the cleaning! Thank you Marcelo, you are the best!!

Went for my routine cleaning yesterday and my hygienist Marcello was wonderful! He was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process as he was doing it. Very happy with my experience.

I am new to the area and was looking for new dental care for me and my husband, and we are so appreciative and grateful we found Dr. Hunter and the Bright Now staff!!! We have a plan in place to correct everything we need dental wise and I am so excited to work towards the necessary treatments and corrections! The appointments were quick and informative and everyone explains everything to us and helps us work out a future plan very thoroughly!

I have been to other dentist but I'm amazed at the service and the the caring this place has I would recommend this to anyone this is the first time I have been there in this place just blowing me away from the service and the the help that they give you and this place is very clean and just amazing place to visit you feel happy going in and you're happy you're coming out

I am 77 years old and have spent hours and hours in the dentist chair but I can only recall a few visits as pleasant as my visit on 11/2. From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted. I cannot remember a more pleasant cleaning as I received from Marcelo. As long as he is there I will never change Dental offices. Thank you to all!!!! See you in May Carole Schuepbach
