My husband and I recently had dental appointments at Bright Now after they came highly recommended by my Mom. Our appointment was to see Dr. Castillo and our experience with her and her team were topnotch.
The facility is conveniently located in a shopping center with ample parking. Upon entering, the waiting room was clean, spacious and had plenty of seating. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive. The convenience of electronically completing intake paperwork prior to our appointment made check-in so much easier. If anything, they’re efficient.
The exam room was also very clean and the back office staff made us feel comfortable and eased any anxieties. Dr. Castillo was friendly, professional and knowledgeable . She explained the procedure thoroughly so that we knew what to expect. Honestly, no one likes getting dental work, but the back office team really did their best to make my experience as painless as possible. This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist.
