The location I was originally scheduled for dropped my appointment-5 minutes before I arrived. I was panicked because my wisdom teeth had broken through and created swelling. I had not slept all night & needed them removed asap. I called their office in Bonney lake and from the kindness of the receptionists to Kelly who settled me in to the oral surgeon. 10/10 wonderful service & team. I’d rather drive the 30 minutes now to this location to get my teeth worked on then down the street just based on customer service. The oral surgeon was fantastic I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. The relief of the pain was fantastic and I am so grateful. Thanks also to Kelly the dental assistant I think, who walked me through the process and helped keep my anxiety low while she set up my laughing gas she was so very sweet.
