Based on my past dental experiences, I have a strong distrust of dentists… I had become used to dishonest practices, overcharging, pressure tactics, not to mention bad service. I expected no better but so far Bright Now in Upland has surprised me at every turn. They easily got me in quickly (same day!) for an urgent situation and have provided excellent care. The office staff have been so helpful and friendly to work with. Their pricing is also reasonable, my out of pocket costs were much less than I had expected, turns out my last dentist office was WAY overcharging for the same services. Honestly, I did not expect such a great experience from a chain dental office, but I was wrong – Bright Now Upland has been great!
