Yesterday I had an appointment for a deep cleaning. I was treated kindly for a difficult procedure to endure. To help alleviate my stress I was listening to Classical music, provided through a YouTube connection, by a “Bright Now” internet ready television!
Their office was busy that day, next to no seats available in the waiting room. But that speaks volumes to me, because that many people also trust their efficiency, and knowledge too. It also implies that they have the staff to handle everyone too, as many of us were called in within minutes of checking in.
