Staff is always friendly and attentive. Ease of making appointments and short wait times. Very comfortable atmosphere. My only suggestion is that when a client comes in and needs to obtain dentures, that EVERYTHING is discussed. Cost of “both” temporary and permanent dentures, any extractions, any bone grafting, the life-time of adjustments for duration of having dentures (without limit) from your facility. All financials gone over, explained and copies of all provided for future reference. Should be noted on paperwork what is included in the package and what is not. Also, claims sent to Insurance (s) and amounts applied. Basically keeping the patient up-to-date with everything from first consult on.
