I had the best customer service ever. There was an issues with my insurance company, but the Receptionist offer for me to pay for a checkup and X-rays , so that medication could provided until I get the matter with my insurance company straight. The fee was reasonable and doable. I was so relieved because I had been in major pain for a month and this office had a quick appointment, which other dental offices were so not accommodating. I had one dental office, totally ignored me when I stated I didn’t have an appointment, but wanted to make one. Nevertheless, This office was clean, quiet, neat, professional, respectful and empathetic. Best dental visit in a long time.
