I had been avoiding going to the dentist for several years because of a bad experience at a some dental office near our neighborhood. During that visit, the dentist poked my gums too hard while taking measurements, which caused bleeding and eventually led to an infection. That situation ended up requiring a dental implant, and it really affected my trust in dental care.
Even though I knew I needed to go back (especially since my gums would bleed every time I brushed)I was very nervous about visiting another dentist. I was recommended to Bright Now Dental in Kent, and I’m glad I gave it a try.
Dr. Kim and her staff have been very helpful and understanding. I want to give special credit to Navreet, the hygienist, who did my gum measurements with great care. Unlike my past experience, I felt no pain at all during the process. She explained that I needed a deep cleaning due to my gum condition, and since I had been experiencing frequent bleeding, I decided to go ahead with the treatment.
The deep cleaning took two separate visits because my condition was quite severe, but Navreet did an excellent job. Since then, I’ve been keeping up with regular cleanings every 3–4 months.
So far, I’m very satisfied with their service and the professionalism of the staff.
