For my care they were going to need access to my out of state records, I mentioned the dentist & practice and while still in consult , they looked up info, confirmed it was the correct practice and before I was out the door the info was being handled. Emi in front office is a stand out for explaining costs, verification of insurance and all the stuff that can be complicated.
