Great experience. My elderly mother was treated with respect and patience. This can be difficult on any busy staff, yet the Pico Rivera staff always greeted her with a genuine smile. We drove for over 30 minutes for each of her many appointments (possibly 8 or more) to get to this place even though we had another Bright Now office 5 minutes away. The drive was worth it to ensure my mother felt comfortable, and most importantly that she could trust the staff. Christina, the receptionist is the best at customer service. Whatever training you’re providing in customer service, keep doing it! THANK YOU
