Dr. Roberts – AMAZING (5 stars). He is wonderful, transparent, enjoys interacting with the patient, and answers your questions with enthusiasm.

Front desk customer service and scheduling – below average. Had be reschedule 2 times due to “staff shortage” (2 stars). For a cleaning / annual checked scheduled in early June turned into a mid-August.

Due to the poor front end service, my rating averages to a 3, unfortunately.
